Hello! My classes are adapted to each person's health, age, and mood. Before starting, we always assess how you feel, as sometimes the body needs a more dynamic practice to activate itself, while other times it requires something more relaxing and gentle. Movement through the asanas is always guided by breathing, which helps us stay connected to the present moment and calm the mind when it becomes filled with thoughts. I am particularly sensitive to those who suffer from specific physical conditions or who live with a pathology. Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to approach yoga and other beautiful holistic disciplines such as astrology, tarot and Bach flowers, with the desire to better understand the functioning of the human being, both on a physical level and - above all - emotionally. Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools. Through a restorative and anatomically conscious approach, I adapt the practice so that each person can move safely, confidently, and respectfully toward their own limits.
