Would you like to learn to play the violin? Violin lessons for everyone!
I am a professional violinist graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I teach students of all ages and levels. I have six years of teaching experience in the Netherlands ( privately and at music schools: Hart Muziekschool in Haarlem and Vioolstudio 020! in Amsterdam). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

Loukelele Music Academy: Guitar / Bass / Ukulele / Theorie
Promo REGISTRATIONS JANUARY 2019 OPEN !!! The course I propose is BILINGUAL FRENCH / ENGLISH, with a program adaptable to your desires / needs with the COURSE BOOK that I wrote and produced especially for my students. Age is therefore not restrictive when you will be able to work with qualitative (and non-quantitative) daily work in order to quickly observe your progress and not to fall into the frustration of a quest towards an absolute that seems vain and time-consuming. Here the pleasure of playing music is put forward. This is of course accompanied by the pleasure of learning more in theory and being able to directly apply his new knowledge on his instrument and identify its common or rare use in the pieces discussed in class. Music theory is popularized to be accessible to anyone, both for those who are connoisseurs and for those who discover everything from absolute zero. The exercises, songs and theoretical explanations offered throughout the program are therefore in an order of progressive difficulty. The course is given with sheets that I provide for each information, range, songs, grids of chords, formulas of compositions, etc ... It can sometimes be accompanied by videos made during the course, tutorial videos posted on youtube, etc ... There is now a LOUKELELE MUSIC ACADEMY COURSE BOOK incorporating the entire program of the year. The kind of music you love most will be the focus of the course, although I am more oriented in terms of metal / rock music and classical music in my style of play, I am a versatile ear and who appreciates a lot of very different things (even contradictory). The writing of music and music theory are also two areas in which I am in my element and which allow me to travel transversally in music genres as different and varied as they are and to understand them, to learn them and therefore to 'retransmit their codes and secrets. You can play a guitar that I made available for the course, and you can also bring your own if you prefer. For bondage lovers the course can be given for 7-string / 8-string guitars. To finish I would like to add more personal that I am professional, dedicated to my profession of musician and teacher, I am always available to answer via message, mails, short videos or even for the following course, to students who contact me outside the class for a reminder or advice on a notion approached in theory or a difficulty encountered in a piece :) /! \ CANCELLATIONS-REFUNDS-CONDITIONS /! \ For parents who want to put their children to music to occupy them: I advise you to make sure that the motivation comes from your child in the first place! I happened to be confronted with children who did not really want to take these courses and so I had to stop because lack of motivation of the child and boredom very visible! If for any reason (on my side or yours) the classes are not given any more than you paid for several lessons in advance, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REIMBURSED BY APPRENTUS, who stores the money and gives me pay per course (which you confirm). So no worries on that side! If we do not finish all the courses you have ordered, the courses will be refunded BY THE SITE! Thank you for your reading and your interest if you have read so far. You can find here an indicative list of objectives that I propose in my program, which can of course adapt to your request. The general objectives of the course: --- Tuning / tuning and knowing his guitar: * Standard Tuning * Drop Tuning * Open Tuning * Adjust the optimal tension of the strings * Adjust the axis of the handle * Adjust the action of the strings * Choose the strings adapted to the style of play / tuning * Change his strings --- Understand / Modulate / Choose the Sounds of an Amp / Effect Pedal: *Volume * Gain (Low / High) * Treble * Middle * Bass *Presence * Delay * Reverb *Chorus * NoiseSuppressor / NoiseGate * Wah * Octaver * Harmonizer * Etc ... -Know his chords: --- Know his scales and his modes * The Major Mode (7notes) * 3 Minor Modes (7 notes): Natural / Melodic / Harmonic * 2 Pentatonic Modes (5notes): Major / Minor * Blues Mode (6 notes): Minor Pentatonic + The "Blue Note" * 2 Modes of Triads (3notes): Major / Minor * 2 Triad Modes Seventh (4notes): Shift + 7th / Min + 7th * Phrygian and Phrygian Dominant Mode * Hungarian Fashion Etc ... --- Techniques to the Pick / Plectrum / Tab / Pick (Electric Guitar): * Alternate Picking * Fast Picking / Tremolo Picking * Hybrid Picking * Palm Mute * Natural Harmonics * Pinch Harmonics * Artificial Harmonics * Shredding * Tapping * Sweep Picking * Legato Picking --- Strumming / Hand Picking (Acoustic Guitar) * "SnareDrum" percussion on the guitar * Arpeggios pinched with 4 fingers + thumb * Rasgueado (Flamenco Technique) * Generic Strumming * Fingerstyle Picking * Two-finger picking + Legato for fast melodies (eg a solo) -Play the metronome -Learn his favorite songs -Improvise solos - Understand and know the music theory -Theory of Harmony -Theory on the Melody -Theory on Rhythm

Piano ( jazz conservatory exam tutoring), Music Composition and Graphic Scores.
I am a master graduated jazz pianist and a master architect. I have a design approach to improvisation, composition and piano technique. As reading music is one of the biggest challenges for beginners of any instrument, I use graphic notation as an easy and fun tool for teaching and composing. Learn electroacoustic composition - sound creation and sound techniques
Who is this workshop for? For all curious about sound, all music, music in general, who wants to manufacture, build, examine ... (from 12 or 13 years). Should one know the music theory? Not necessarily. But familiarity with music of various styles can be a great help. DJ? Electro music? No ! We will not learn here to be a DJ or to compose "dance-music", "electro" music in the commonly understood sense, or even songs. Should I know the computer? It's better if that's the case, but learning can be done at the same time as music research. Is it necessary to have a computer? Yes ! A "workshop" rather than a class? The course takes the form of a practical workshop, listening sessions, critical works. By computer? Everything happens on computer once recorded sound elements of all kinds. Editing, transformation, mixing on software designed for this. No software required. The proposed route can be adapted to any multitrack sequencing software. The computer is only a tool, it is the composer who makes the music. Practically what do we do? The composer works "with the sounds" that he has most often recorded himself. He chooses them, assembles them, deforms them, mixes them according to his project, according to his his intuition, his ideas and desires, gradually builds a music. For those who want it and need it, exercises are proposed which allow to approach at the same time techniques of realization and specific musical proposals. Composition / Invention It is not a question of declaring oneself all composers, but of asserting that one can all ask questions of composers, with, at the same time, seriousness and fantasy. To confront the game of a free invention. What musical orientation? What style ? This is a "musical research" approach: to seek to invent a music beyond the traditional values - heights of note, regular pulsations, instrumental timbres - without being forbidden to do all that. A "music of sounds", in the widest possible sense, a "music of all sounds "as opposed to what we might call obviously too simplified" a music of notes ". This choice, which apparently seems to shake up the musical uses, is nevertheless part of a tradition of more than a century and rich of a repertoire too little known and which had various names: - Electroacoustic Music - Concrete music - Acousmatic music - Contemporary music Finally, we each have a precious tool to never forget: our ear, and a fascinating and rewarding work to drive, questioning oneself.

Viola and Violin Lessons: Technique, Improv, and a Healthy Relationship with your Instrument
This course is for viola and violin students from the beginner through the high school level. My goal is for my students to foster a healthy and long-term relationship with their instrument. The course focuses on practicing and truly understanding technique, with an emphasis on listening. Weekly assignments tend to include technical exercises, scales, and classical pieces of the student's choice. Basic improvisation is also an interest of mine and, I find, a valuable experience for my string students. I believe repertoire is largely a matter of student taste. Students of mine have learned pieces in the Suzuki books and other classical repertoire volumes, but have also learned pop and fiddle songs according to their interest. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance from the University of Puget Sound, where I graduated in 2015 before moving to Vienna to study privately for three years. I am currently in the Master of Viola Performance degree at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, where I study with Ásdís Valdimarsdottir. I have been teaching violin intermittently since 2009. While my musical education is classical, my performance interests are much wider. I have performed jazz and pop improv, and am currently exploring how hip hop can be implemented on the viola and violin.
