I am a teacher because I want to try and make a difference in young people's lives be it at early childhood or adult education level. I develop rapports with my students. I motivate them as i am a very extroverted individual. I have 12 years teaching experience in three different continents. I have learned that students in different countries have different educational needs and desires, the culture in Dubai for example is completely different to the culture in China and also the curriculums are different. My main achievement as a teacher is my own growth as an instructor.
