With this class I can practice speaking English with you for formal presentations, school or work assignments, etc. or help you work on your grammar, diction, and syntax in English writing. I was born and raised in Canada, therefore am a native English speaker, and also have a Bachelor of Medical Science, so I can also help with technical and scientific language.

Hi! My name is Joana and I am originally from Luxembourg. Growing up in Luxembourg allowed me to be fluent in our three national languages: Luxembourgish, French and German (Native Proficiency).
After graduating from high school with a specialisation in modern languages and humanities, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Journalism. Living in London for over three years allowed me to perfect my written and spoken English. Since I've been 16, I have been giving private tutoring lessons both to primary and secondary school students.

My lessons included tasks like word puzzles, role play, quizzes etc. I provide worksheets, but I am open to helping out with homework they received from school or anything they are having problems with. At the end of every few lessons, I like to give a small exam on what was learnt the past few hours. Just to see what can be improved or What has already become a plus.
