Learning Polish doesn't have to be boring.
Hi!
My name is Heorhii, and I have been teaching Polish as a foreign language since 2021. I have lived in Poland since 2015 and currently study at the University of the National Education Commission (UKEN) in Kraków.
My teaching approach is simple: I don't just explain Polish—I help you start using it.
Every student learns differently, so I create an individual learning plan based on your goals, age, interests, and current level. Whether you need Polish for everyday life, work, studies, relocation, or the State B1 Exam, we'll focus on what matters most to you.
I teach:
• Children through games, drawing, movement (TPR), songs, and interactive activities.
• Teenagers through engaging conversations, practical exercises, and modern learning platforms.
• Adults through real-life situations, communication, and grammar that can be used immediately.
During lessons, I use a variety of materials, including Hurra!!! Po Polsku, Polski Krok po Kroku, Bawimy się po polsku, as well as interactive platforms such as Genially, Wordwall, and Umiemy Polski.
I carefully monitor each student's progress and adapt the course whenever necessary. After every lesson, I prepare notes and recommendations so that students (or parents) can clearly see their improvement.
Many of my students have successfully passed language exams at a level higher than expected. Others learned enough Polish within just a few months to communicate confidently in everyday situations.
Besides teaching, I am also involved in academic research. My GPA is 4.88/5.00 (Top 5%), I founded the university project "Tracking the Lemkos", and I am the author of an academic article on the Lemko ethnolect.
If you're looking for lessons that are practical, engaging, and tailored specifically to you, I'd be happy to help you learn Polish.

About Me
Hello! My name is Heorhii, and I have been teaching Polish as a foreign language since 2021.
I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and enjoyable. My role is not simply to explain grammar but to help students become confident using Polish in real-life situations.
I teach children, teenagers, and adults. Every student receives an individual learning plan based on their goals, age, interests, and current level. I enjoy creating interactive lessons using games, communication, visual materials, and modern educational platforms such as Genially and Wordwall.
Outside the classroom, I am passionate about languages, linguistics, and Slavic culture. I enjoy meeting people from different countries and helping them feel more confident living, studying, or working in Poland.
Whether you're preparing for an exam, moving to Poland, or simply want to speak Polish more naturally, I'll be happy to help you achieve your goals.
