I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body. My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups. Prices for small groups can be discussed. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. My lessons are flexible and I adapt to your needs I feel the abilities and needs of my students, and I adapt my sequences accordingly. Generally, my classes are dynamic and invigorating. I work with the breath, and the student will find that a strong connection between their body and mind is accessible with sustained and conscientious practice. I would also do an inventory after a few sessions which will stimulate you to progress smoothly. My classes will focus on toning your body. Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, joint pain, while also using breathing and relaxation techniques. In doing so, you will be able in particular to straighten your posture (spine), you could refine your silhouette, soften your hips, etc. After a few regular classes, you will be fit, enthusiastic, open and positive. Yoga promotes moderation and wisdom. My goal is to meet your expectations and offer you a pleasant time at home, or in a group (as in a company). I gave daily classes every weeks for the last two years. Despite being a young yoga teacher, the diversity of bodies and needs I was lucky enough to encounter allow me to adapt to your needs, and we will find together solutions for whatever are your willing and needs in 2022. I teach a mixture of hatha and vyniasa and offer 15 minutes meditation too. My classes are 75 minutes in total, but can also adjust based on your needs. In my classes, I'll help you develop your practice, strengthen your body and connect with your breath and body so you can enjoy a holistic practice and reconnect with yourself. Classes can be taught in French or English and are open to all levels. I am open to any arrangements as I work for myself from home and have a very flexible schedule :)

Without proper breathing yoga postures are nothing more than calisthenics. 'Regulate the breathing, and thereby control your mind'. I would be happy to share my energy, attitude and passion with you.

I’m a professional musician - a classically educated pianist who has completed the 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Training in Mexico and became a certified yoga teacher this year. My teaching is focused on helping students to develop their physical & mental well-being. That in ashtanga yoga tradition can be achieved through the connection between asanas ( physical postures) with proper breathing. I believe Yoga is a shared experience that requires equal commitment from the teacher as well as the student. I make sure that students have a solid understanding of the postures and their benefits. I adapt the Asthanga sequence to students' needs but I’m always ready to challenge them if I feel like it’s the right time. I hope to see you on the mat :)

I was introduced to yoga at the age of 12/13 and ever since the practice has been in my life. I do have extensive knowledge on life style, nutrition (food is your medicine) and work out techniques in order to become better friends with yourself. I was really passionate about what I have discovered in my journey and how it changed my life so i simply wanted to share this knowledge with people who are interested. Therefore, I obtained my Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training and Pranayama Breathing Techniques certificate in November 2019 in India. Carried on with my practice in teaching and taking additional workshop classes in Sri Lanka and Bali. I am able to teach all levels of Ashtanga, Vinyasa classes and I also do enjoy adding a bit of a yoga workout classes to keep a nice balance of strengthening of your body. I enjoy one on one lessons ideally in order to truly grasp what you need so that i can develop tailor made classes for you. If you request a group session with your friends it will be max of 4 people per class, so that i can maintain the equal quality of attention I give to all the students attending the class.
