Hi, I'm Martha. I teach English and German for speakers of other languages. I have taught in primary schools, after-school clubs and privately to children and adults. I obtained an MA at Goldsmiths University of London and am qualified in Creative ESOL at Trinity, Oxford University. I am also a comedian and actress. I use theatre, engaging activities, visual aids and roleplay to make the learning easier and more fluid. Speaking and listening activities that are fun and enjoyable increase both confidence and the desire to express yourself because there is an urgency to participate. In my lessons I make sure that the curriculum is covered and that the motivation to keep growing is not lost. I look forward to meeting you!

I am passionate about teaching English, because I myself have learned languages and enjoy being able to speak to people across the world! Besides English, I speak German, Romanian, French and Hebrew. I am certain I can succesfully teach you English, regardless of your level. In my teaching I use interactive activities, theatre and roleplay to increase confidence and to motivate. I prepare the lessons specifically for each student's specific needs, to pass exams and meet the required curriculum at school or at work.
