I firmly believe good teaching requires empathic behavior: it is about conveying a message, preserving its integrity, meaning-making sure what is told is received exactly the way it's been sent. Communication is subjective and variable: everyone has his own way to represent concepts in their mind.
I always tell my students they are never the ones who learn from my lessons: I am a student since I think the process is an exchange.
My approach is to understand students personally so as to learn how their minds work and to adapt my communication accordingly.
By this method, I guarantee 100% effectiveness in mutual understanding for a smooth and efficient learning experience.
