My work with speech therapists specializing in voice has allowed me to deepen my understanding of the link between the body and the voice. I also completed training in polyvagal theory, which enriched my understanding of the links between breath, bodily sensations, and voice. Breathing, relaxation, and vibration exercises can therefore be integrated into the course to prepare the body and promote freer vocal expression. 🎶 Develop a natural and projected voice The goal is to find a natural projection of the voice, without forcing or creating unnecessary tension, by progressively working on the coordination between breathing, body and vocal production.
