- About the course-- My method is to work the technique and the musicality at the beginning of the tastes of the student so that the objectives are always stimulating. I try to develop as quickly as possible to the students, that is to say to make them able to target their own difficulties and to invent the exercises to solve them. --About me-- I have been a guitar teacher for over 20 years, giving private lessons, teaching at music schools (Kraainem, Waterloo, Enghien), and leading workshops (AKDT). I started playing guitar 30 years ago and have never stopped. I've explored all styles: from classical to pop songs, then electric guitar: blues, rock, and jazz (with Frankie Rose). Later, I developed my skills in flamenco (with Karim Baggili), Brazilian music (with Osman Martins), Gypsy music, and Eastern European music (with Tcha Limberger). I am also well-versed in Gypsy jazz. Therefore, I can teach all levels and styles. I teach music theory alongside the practical exercises so that the material is absorbed naturally. I have experience teaching both children and adults. I also teach electric bass and ukulele.

Having had the chance to learn from the greatest musicians in Belgium (Herman Pardon, Michael Degreef, drummer for Naomi Wolves, Stijn Tondelair, bassist for Niels Destadsbader, and Thomas Jillings, professor of harmony at the Antwerp Conservatory), I was able to acquire a lot of experience and practice. Also a session musician, I have to show a lot of discipline in practicing my instrument. So know that giving lessons allows me to evolve further. My way of teaching is simple; mixing theory and practice without drowning the course in too much theory. My goal is to arouse in you this curiosity to apply theory to practice.
