Thanks for checking out my profile! Music is my passion and I love to share it. I especially love working with beginners. Music can be challenging, but if you're ready to work hard I'll do my best to help you. It's a great satisfaction to see my students become better musicians and better people, through the unique challenges and rewards that music provides. I've taught 15,000+ hours of piano and guitar since beginning in 2009. My youngest student ever was 4, and my oldest was in his 80's! I strive to make lessons rewarding and fun, without sacrificing high standards. Every student should achieve their own potential in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. I'm proud that many students have stayed with me for years. I'm also proud of helping children who had been through other teachers and were close to quitting. With patience and enthusiasm, I reviewed any skills they were lacking. Within a few weeks the parents reported their kids were finally enjoying music and making progress. I don't teach specific styles. Instead, I use established methods to emphasize fundamentals in technique and theory. Master those, and they'll apply to any musical style. I've played music my entire life, starting with piano at age 7. I was an award-winning Classical pianist, but majored on guitar in college. I've played most styles of music, but my favorites are Classical, Rock, Pop, and Metal. Online classes via Skype or similar platform. Adrián was born in 2002 in Santa Lucía de Tirajana, where he began his music studies at the municipal school (Ateneo de Vecindario). At the same time, he trained with maestro Blas Sánchez at his Foundation. He completed his Professional Degree at the Conservatory. Music professional from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with professor Fernando Bautista, earning a first-class honors in guitar in every year of his studies, as well as in other subjects. At just 20 years old, he made his solo debut with the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra in the Symphony Hall of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), under the direction of Maestro Josep Gil, after passing the Audition for Young Canarian Soloists conducted by Maestro Karel Mark Chichon. He also participated as a member of the Joven Orquesta de Canarias in its 18th Meeting (2023), conducted by Maestro Víctor Pablo Pérez on its tour of various renowned auditoriums on the islands. He has expanded his guitar training by attending various festivals and taking master classes with guitarists such as Joaquín Clerch, David Martínez, Mitsutoshi Tanaka, Andrea Dieci, Gaëlle Solal, Javier Somoza, Enno Voorhorst, and more. He has also created the projects " Cuerdas Literatas" and "La guitarra de las Islas Afortunadas y de tierra Latinoamericanas." In 2024, he was selected to perform at the National Museum of Anthropology in Madrid as part of the renowned MusaE (Music in State Museums) project, which is part of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. He also completed his studies in Performance (Guitar) at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias under the tutelage of José María Ramírez, with the highest grades, having been awarded Honors in various subjects. Not just a singing teacher, but by the way also the best vocal coach you can get hold of at this moment and in this area of the Netherlands (so take your chance...;-)). For about 3 years I had a serious problem with my vocal chords (incomplete closure) and a dislocated larynx. I started to be in contact with Stefano by chance asking him to show me some (singing) exercises additionally to my treatment at the ENT-department of Martini Ziekenhuis Groningen as well as an ongoing therapy at a professional trained speech therapist. To cut a long story short: Within a couple of lessons and dedicated exercises he succeeded in re-positioning my larynx and got rid of my incomplete vocal cords closure, meanwhile the medical specialists had decided that the only cure could possibly be an operation... As a ‘side-effect’ I am now able to sing and control my voice like I have never been able before and could never have imagined that this was possible to achieve by just some simple but individually chosen exercises and practice. My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia
