Trusted teacher: What benefits you get from my Teaching classes: 1) I am not very strict when it comes to extra time. We can extend a bit. +10 mins is no problem. I always think that long sessions with small pauses are better so that you get a grip of the topic. 2) I can teach in group as well as alone , what suits you best. In case you are out for a break and don't want to lag behind in comparison to what is going on in school we, can have some back to back classes in short time, if that suits you. Teaching has been a long time passion for me. I have taught already some candidates (look testimonials below) and during my colleges days I have held classes with several group of students. After moving to University I was also delivering sessions for my classmates from different parts of the world and I was in-charge of specific experiment for Bachelors and Masters students as well for a year. About Me I had Mathematics and Science in my School time where I scored 95/100 in Maths and 99/100 in Sciences (Indian First stage of Scientific Education) and then 95/100 again in Mathematic for exams Just before University. Due to love for machines I pursued Mechanical Engineering and then specialized in Materials Science (Physics and Chemistry of Materials). In a nutshell I am a Materials Scientist. Education Master Of Science:(Grade: 8/10), where 10 is highest Bachelor of Technology: (Grade: 7.5/10) where 10 is highest Pre University: (8/10) where 10 is highest High School: (9/10) where 10 is highest Experience / Qualifications Good experience in tutoring students from primary section to high school in Mathematics and Science (Physics and Chemistry)

Trusted teacher: Who is actually the tutor? I am Michael and with my 54 years a lot of life experience but also experience as a (1st degree) teacher in Mathematics and Physics. My 3 children aged 12 to 18 also make sure that I know how to deal with this interesting but sometimes difficult to understand target group 😏. I have taught at all levels from VMBO 2 to VWO 6 and HBO. Benefits 1 on 1 tutoring 1 on 1 tutoring has the great advantage that the tutor can efficiently zoom in on the specific needs of the student. Results are therefore visible in a much shorter period of time. A result can be higher test results and more confidence in the subject during lessons or doing homework. The result is often that the student no longer looks forward to the subject and even starts to like the subject. In short: it's all about experiencing a successful experience. Activating work forms A student learns best when he or she is actively involved with the material. That is why it is important that every student is actively involved during the tutoring. This applies in particular to science subjects such as Mathematics and Physics. The tutor can therefore better emphasize coaching the student and encourage the student to do as much as possible for themselves. This ensures that the student starts thinking independently about the material. So we go through the process together. Beta subjects For science subjects such as Physics and Mathematics, 3 competencies are particularly important; knowledge, understanding and skills. There are working methods for improving all three competences. So there are opportunities for every student to improve. During the intake lesson it is determined which of the 3 competences (or more) needs the most attention.

Julia - France$39
Trusted teacher: I offer weekly lessons or internship revisions, remediation by skills, upgrading for high school students, in several subjects: mathematics, French, English, German, SVT (from the 1st, see my other announcement), scientific education and philosophy (mainly subject analysis). Associate professor currently available from the National Education for family reasons (I am therefore no longer in a post in an establishment since 01/09/2021 and am no longer an employee of the EN), I have a double course literary and scientific and gives private tutoring in many subjects in video under autoentrepreneur status. With 10 years of teaching experience in secondary school, with several bac juries to my credit, and many years of experience of private lessons (including 3 years in main activity during a previous availability), I offers you my help in these different disciplines, which I am used to teaching in private lessons and which I have sometimes been asked to teach in the context of short-term replacements in college (replacements for colleagues from English and French late in having replacements appointed to their posts). My classes combine rigor and benevolence, professionalism, dynamism and humor, according to my former students, when they mention the help that I was able to provide them. I am used to working with multi-dys, AD / HD, high potential and Asperger's students as well. I insist a lot on scientific methodology and the quality of writing, in science as in literary subjects. I can help you optimize your learning and memorization techniques, help you get to the point, make mental maps. We will also work on the general organization of your work if necessary. I also and above all want to pass on to you my pleasure of learning, which continues to inspire me even today. Having given private lessons for a long time in person at home, I now want to focus on Visio lessons on Zoom, Skype, or any other videoconferencing software. I have been practicing video-format lessons since March 2020 and since then have been more equipped to ensure greater comfort for my students: headphones with microphone (quality sound), graphics tablet connected to an interactive whiteboard, camera-viewer of documents, front lighting reducing unpleasant shadows, Véléda paintings behind me. Small group lessons are also possible. If your child has a classmate who is having difficulty in the same subject, or his or her older sibling needs the same kind of help, it is possible. In this case, the price is decreasing for each participant. Please respect the reserved hours. The courses are adjustable in advance. Any course canceled less than 24 hours in advance is due at 50%. Indeed, the time that I could waste managing multiple cancellations and rescheduling of courses is time that I cannot put to the service of the success of my students. In addition, the presence of a framework, of operating rules is necessary for the investment of the students who engage in a process of accompaniment. So, I also ask you to be punctual and to start your computer and your videoconferencing software a few minutes in advance in order to start the session on time, not to waste precious minutes of class (the session will end at the time initially scheduled ... 10 minutes late means 10 minutes of lost lessons) and to respect the students who have lessons after you. I look forward to meeting you and bringing you my help and expertise.

Trusted teacher: Hello! My name is Christopher and I am currently studying Computer science at TU Delft. I am able to tutor in both Maths and Computer Science at any elementary or High school level and have experience teaching a range of syllabus. Qualifications: - A levels: -A* in Maths - A* in Computer Science - A* in Music - Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Experience: ZVEZA PRIJATELJEV MLADINE LJUBLJANA (ASSOCIATION FOR FRIENDS OF YOUTH) ZPM is an association in Slovenia that aims to help underprivileged children in many different ways including food packets, after-school clubs, and tutoring. I originally started as a volunteer in 2016 and since then I have helped countless students with their school work; most commonly in Maths but also other subjects like Physics, English, and Chemistry. Later my position developed into employment where I would run after school clubs to help the children build confidence and talk about their emotions, make fun programs for summer camps, and of course, I continued with tutoring many children GIRLS DO CODE Girls Do Code is an organization in Slovenia that aims to get more women into STEM, they believe that this interest has to start in childhood and therefore they offer lessons in Computer Science to over 300 girls. This cause was something that I thought was incredibly important and so I became a volunteer for their organization. This entailed teaching a group of 10 girls the basics of Computer Science in a fun and creative way and was a very rewarding experience. Through my training for Girls Do Code, I was certified by Microsoft as an Innovative Educator. I currently work as a Maths teaching assistant at an international school in the Netherlands where I work with children struggling with maths in small groups. Robert
The experience with Robert was great and I highly recommend him. The experience with Apprentus, however, was the opposite. If you want to try a single class, they charge you a "membership fee" that costs about the same as the class itself... If you want to avoid the membership fee you have to buy packages of 5 or 10 classes... These fees appear only once you have already been in touch with your teacher and you probably don't want to cancel your meeting anymore. Such hidden fees that appear only at the very end of the booking are anything but customer friendly... So my message is mixed: go for Robert, but not for Apprentus...

Mathematics and Science Tutor in Den Bosch (Netherlands) ('s-Hertogenbosch)
Arif
Our 7 year old son has had several lessons so far with Arif, and we have had a an excellent experience. We have been sharing the computer screen (using Zoom) with Arif as our son works through problems on Khan Academy. Arif has shown a lot of patience and a willingness to try and try again when our son is having trouble understanding a concept. The lessons have helped to motivate our son, and we are grateful to Arif for his help.
