Kickboxing is a great way to get fit, boost confidence and learn the basics of self defence. This is a beginners class that introduces the student to the fundamentals of kickboxing including striking, kicking, footwork and defence. It is an online class, therefore completely non-contact and the primary aim of the class is to increase fitness whilst learning a new skill.
