I‘m 24 years old man from Slovenia. I‘ve been playing guitar for almost 10 years now, I compose and dive deep into the and art of it. I‘m very interested in teaching and seeing how a person is developing it’s skills once they dedicate themselves to the subject. My approach is very precise and if one desires so, I‘ll teach from total basics as reading the notes and other music theory or we can also work from tabs.
I lived in Spain, Granada for some time where I‘ve been to the fountain and the roots of flamenco itself and became more familiar with it. I studied art pedagogy when I was in university in Slovenia, where I learned some pedagogy basics, but I think a teacher has to see beyond the frame and find it‘s own way of passing the knowledge. I speak spanish, english, croation and Slovenian fluently and I speak some basic German and Italian, but I started to work more seriously on both of them.

I teach at my home, but offer webcam lessons and also can come to student‘s house but charge additional costs for travel.

Nicolás ist ein argentinischer Musiker, der seit Ende 2024 in Süddeutschland lebt.
Derzeit arbeitet er intensiv als Gitarrenlehrer an den städtischen Musikschulen Langenargen und Immenstadt.
Zuvor verbrachte er 5 Jahre in der Schweiz, wo er Alte Musik und Gitarrendidaktik studierte.
An der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste studierte er Vihuela, Laute und Basso continuo unter der Leitung von Maestro Eduardo Egüez.
Seit 2022 lernt er auch Jazz bei amerikanischen Musikern wie Tim Lerch und Jonathan Kreisberg im Online-Unterricht.

Zwischen 2000 und 2011 studierte er klassische Gitarre in Argentinien.
Er ist Gitarrenlehrer und Absolvent von zwei renommierten Konservatorien in Buenos Aires. Er studierte zunächst bei Marcela Sfriso und absolvierte dann einen Aufbaustudiengang bei Eduardo Isaac.

Einige Höhepunkte seiner Karriere sind:
Im Jahr 2014 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Soloalbum „Morro de Saudade“.
Er ist als Solist und mit Ensembles in wichtigen Theatern in Buenos Aires aufgetreten. Im Jahr 2009 gründete er die Camerata Argentina de Guitarras, deren Gitarrist und künstlerischer Leiter er bis 2019 war.

My guitar teaching model is based on books and the approach of guitarist and pedagogue Abel Carlevaro.
In some way, it is about understanding and analyzing the nature of the movements we make to play the guitar in the simplest way possible.
Just as to build a building you need a good foundation, to build a system of skills that allows us to be musicians, we need to know and practice in a conscious way all the movements we do. These movements are what we do when we play just one open string or what we need to do to play the most difficult piece of the repertoire.

I pay special attention to achieve a good balance in teaching. I try to make the student develop at the same time the techniques to play the guitar and the artistic sensibility needed to make music. Because no matter the technical level of the student, my classes will always be oriented to making music and to be able to enjoy the processes that the musical activity involves. A simple guitar piece takes on another dimension if the basic principles of musical interpretation are applied.

After getting to know and listening to how my students play I propose a short and medium term work plan. This plan is presented taking into account the objectives and wishes of each student. Exercises and pieces are included that will also allow to know the repertoire of the guitar. Therefore, each work plan includes specific and general contents.

Since I was a walking baby, my mom said I was a musician. As the years passed, this path drew itself almost alone. Was just right before coming abroad alone when I knew this passion was bigger than anything else I have in life. It was also since then, that I realized that more than all the performance musicians that I admired I should admire my teachers that allowed me to grow and discover my full potential.
So, I perceived I want do be the creator of someone else's path and growth, both human and musically as I believe it is impossible to disconnect them, being music the ultimate form of expression.

As a professional violin player (30 years) have been playing solo and orchestra and chamber music concerts since a very young age and taught over ten years as a teacher. Currently mainly teaching in Effretikon and Wallisellen in the music school. I'm experienced in teaching children from the age of 2.5 years till seniors of age 86 (my currently oldest student). As i am concertmaster in an amateur Orchestra i can prepare you for playing in Orchestra as well. Have fun with the violin but get better with the technique are both a goal for me in teaching.

Whether you are an adult or younger, did you know that with the proper methods, follow-up and advice, you can reach in 2 years the equivalent of what is achieved in 10 years in music school? The passion and pleasure of playing will quickly make you forget the minimum 1h30 of daily practice necessary for this beautiful and pleasant feat. This is the challenge I set myself by offering you these courses.

Practicing classical guitar for 27 years, graduated from the National Conservatory of Limoges, I teach guitar (beginner to advanced levels).

My method is distinguished by a perfect combination of high standards and attention paid to the pleasure of playing.

Passionate about music theory (rhythms, musical notations and other aspects that seem tedious to many), I know how to transmit this taste for musical technique.

The pleasure of play develops when you feel your progress, and these come with regular work. I therefore ask for attendance and regularity of at least 1 hour of practice per day. Depending on the students, the frequency of lessons can be bi-weekly or bi-monthly, and will be defined together, while remaining flexible.

I can also advise you on the purchase of a classical guitar.

Note: the practice of the classical guitar requires short nails on the left hand, and nails overflowing just beyond the tip of the finger, on the right hand, at all times. This allows an inimitable sound quality.

I am a freelancing jazz guitarist, with a masters degree in jazz music from Manhattan School of Music. I offer jazz guitar lessons as well as improvisation lessons to every instrument. My name is Mario and I am a 26 years old professional pianist and orchestra conductor.
I am currently taking a master degree in the world famous conducting class of Professor Johannes Schlaefli and Christoph Mathias Müller at the Zhdk, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste.

I hold two bachelor degrees, one in classical piano performance and the other in orchestra conducting, both from
The Norwegian Academy of music in Oslo. More than 8 years of university high education in total.
I also have plenty of experience teaching and I taught in Norway for 6 years in the public education system.

Learn Flamenco, body percussion, cajon and practical tools to be more creative with your instrument!

In these percussion groups we would use Konnakol, an Indian classical system created to understand rhythm, it mixes languaje and mathematics in a way that allow us to understand music in a very intuitive, practical and fun way.

About me:

I'm a professional percussion and flute player from Andalucía that plays flamenco and world music with 15 years of musical experience.
Ive played in different fusion projects as a percussion player in Netherlands, Spain, India, Switzerland...
The last years I've been going to India focusing my studies on the relationship between Indian classical music and flamenco. It is in Mumbai where I started studying tabla and Bansuri at Vrindaban Gurukul since then I realized the great value that indian classical music has as a pedagogical tool and now that I moved to Zurich I'm looking forward to create a group where we can grow together.

I also studied Music therapy in Malaga and in Rotterdam so my focus while teaching is in creating a good relationship with art and the instrument, reprogramming how to learn in a natural and intuitive way and very important, to have fun and express yourself so music becomes an extension of you.
