​I am a fully qualified teacher with full QTS and a master's in Global Creative and Cultural Industries. I take an inquiry-based approach to my teaching and specialize in observational drawing, critical thinking, relief printing, oil painting, and both analog and digital photography.  I have taught in mainstream schools, academies, FE centres, pupil referral units, galleries, theatres and youth justice settings. Learn the tools of Photoshop & Lightroom with an award-winning young photographer exhibited at the Photographers' Gallery in London. We can also work on editing your own images so you have a finished set of photos to share at the end of the lesson. Hi! I’m an Iranian artist and teacher offering classes in oil painting, decorative painting, and papier-mâché sculpture. My lessons are suitable for everyone aged 7 and older—whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience. The classes are available in English or Persian (Farsi), and can be held online or in person at my location(Antwerp)—whichever works best for you. These classes span from teaching 4-18 years old and each class will be catered to your own goals and interests in art.

Fine Art can be a confusing, and often inaccessible subject. However, creating and engaging with art can also be empowering once you have the understanding of contemporary art practises. It is my intention to engage both children and adults in creative play, and discussion, to create exciting lessons. Lessons will often be tailored towards the individual's interests, linking them to relevant artists and artistic practises. A wide range of materials and processes will be explored in the lessons, including painting, drawing, sculpture and digital art, allowing students to find their strengths. As a Fine Art and History of Art graduate it truly is my passion to ignite, distill, and grow a person's interests in Art, Design and Art History. I have experience in creating and teaching lessons for students of all ages, from 4 years of age up to adults. I also have experience tutoring GCSE and A-level students in the trickier aspects of a Fine Art qualification, where jumping through the hoops and tick the boxes that the exam boards require can often take the joy out of creating. My aim is to help students get the grade that truly reflects their engagement and enthusiasm for art, guiding them through the certain requirements that can often feel confusing or frustrating. Whatever level of understanding and ability the student may have, these lessons will be challenging, creative and rewarding.

Learn to express yourself through textiles, a diverse and mindful craft. I offer classes that explore abstract expression in embroidery, beadwork, embellishments, and patchwork. We look at the history of folk art and craft as a source of inspiration to create personal textile artworks. In the past, students have made stuffed toys, quilts, wall hanging, clothing and samplers. All materials will be provided, including vintage fabrics, trimmings, embellishments, threads and tools.

Introduction to Basics and Rules in Photography: In this class, we will understand the fundamentals of photography. We’ll cover essential concepts like composition, lighting, exposure, and camera settings, along with key rules such as the rule of thirds and leading lines. Whether you're using a DSLR, mirrorless, or even a smartphone, this course will help you take better, more intentional photos. There will be many interactive activities to enhance critical thinking and improve photography skills in the classes as well. Students can also get real-time critiques and advise on their photography.

I am an experienced texture art tutor, specializing in resin, acrylic colors, acrylic paste, and white cement techniques. Over the years, I have successfully trained students of different skill levels, helping them refine their artistic abilities and develop their unique styles. My work has been well-received in the art community, and I have conducted numerous workshops focused on creative expression through texture and resin art. My approach is interactive and hands-on, ensuring that students get a practical learning experience rather than just theoretical knowledge. I believe in personalized guidance, where each student’s artistic journey is nurtured. Whether in 1-on-1 sessions or group classes, I encourage active participation, providing clear demonstrations and detailed feedback to help students master resin and texture art techniques with confidence. Depending on students' preferences and time zones, I offer both 1-on-1 and group sessions to cater to different learning needs. While resin and texture art are open to all learners, I recommend my classes for adults aged 18+ due to the use of chemicals and materials that may not be suitable for children.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

Teaching Methodology in Interior Design: -Teaching Techniques and Methods: I use a structured and personalized approach to foster creativity and understanding of key concepts. Lessons include hands-on projects in space design, materials, layouts, and ambiance, with case studies to strengthen analytical and creative skills. Teaching techniques also incorporate software use, such as Homestyler, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. -Typical Course Structure: Each class begins with a discussion to assess the student’s expectations. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions?
