I am an ex Maths teacher in GCSE and IB programme. I have taught many students and have been trained for teaching using pedagogy. I am an engineer and I used many day to day applications to inspire students. Teaching is just not about sharing knowledge, it is to stimulate the students to want to learn, to get them to learn by themselves at the end. My goal is to help them to not only aid in their grades but to inspire them to want to learn more.

Noah is an average student. He doesn't really like math, at least he prefers playing soccer with his friends. The worst part is, he changed schools this year, and his difficulties have increased tenfold. Noah wants to become an engineer, and his math grades don't reassure him. Noah's parents are also worried about his grades. They decide to contact me. During our first session, Noah seemed desperate to me! So I'm thinking, what if we start from Noah's domain of definition, that is, football. We can pass and dribble, move up the stadium, vary speeds depending on Noah's heart rate, make combinations to increase our probability of leading the perfect offensive: review coordinates, vectors, parameters, remarkable identities, trigonometry, functions, limits, directions of variations, derivatives, asymptotes, extrema, probabilities and even differential equations of the field in order to prepare the unstoppable assault. After a month, Noah scored 18/20 on his test, much better than the 8/20 he scored on his previous test. Noah's acceleration was almost perfect! Hi, I'm Fabien! The one who hatches Champions! Because your hobbies are not trivial to me, and today's shortcomings can be corrected. I'll give you simple tips and tools, mnemonic methods, and above all, I'll give you back the desire to become a Champion! So, are you ready to become an expert in math?

Hello, I offer jazz piano lessons and current music adapted to the needs and requests of the person. Depending on the objectives and the level of the person, the work may focus on rhythm, work on the ear, harmony (chords, theory), improvisation (solos, having fun with chords, improvising a melody on chords), learning a piece (jazz standard or more recent piece). Scores can be brought, even if I prefer to favor an oral approach for the lessons. Finally, my classes do not follow a particular protocol. Course content will not be predefined in advance. Thus there will be no "work to do" or work imposed on the person. We can very well see a piece and the following week see something else. The rhythm and desires of the student are therefore the priority. My role will be to help him as much as possible and to give him the necessary keys to achieve his personal goals.

Preparing this year a baccalaureate S and having a very good level in languages (I have in particular followed a European class of English in second and obtained the certificate Cambridge level B2), I propose courses of support in English and Spanish. It can be as much of course of initiation for primary school pupils wishing to acquire the linguistic bases of the language (conjugation, grammar, vocabulary ...), as of courses of support for the schoolboys and even high school students wishing to fill their grammatical gaps and improve their writing skills. Likewise, I can also work with the student on the level of listening comprehension by proposing training adapted to the level of the pupil, or for the oral expression in order to help him to gain in fluency and in a fluidity in a foreign language. To best support a student, I start by targeting his / her deficiencies and expectations with him in order to propose a follow-up adapted to his needs and objectives and which will allow him to progress. I give my courses in a third place in particular in municipal media libraries (in Cergy, Osny, or other municipalities in a radius of 10-15km). Thus, I can integrate in the course given the resources available for training exercises for example.
