This allows me to design a nurturing and empowering practice, ensuring that it resonates with everyone present. I emphasise the importance of honouring your own body and its limits, encouraging each participant to listen to their own intuition and let their moves be the moves of truth. My guidance is rooted in traditional practices, but I adapt the sequences to make them accessible and beneficial for all levels. Moreover, as yoga is not only asanas, I love to include meditation and pranayamas in the classes while I incorporate live singing (in-person classes). I use my voice to enhance the atmosphere and create a deeper connection to the practice and one's body, as the frequency of singing is healing.
