I have a degree in Physics with 6 years of experience in IES. My methodology is quite good given that last year, nobody failed and those who took the Selectividad, got the necessary grade for their studies. In the case of students who wish to access FP, I have made a summary of all the entrance exams. It was one of the subjects I taught at an IES. Personalized approach: The most important thing is to know what you want to achieve. I will tailor the lessons to your needs: playing for pleasure at home is not the same as preparing for entrance exams (although always with the same rigor). Your goals will influence the methodology, the organization of your studies, the repertoire, and so on.
