Trusted teacher: Hello 🙂 I am Dario, an Italian Berlin-based guitar teacher teaching in English, Spanish, and Italian. I am offering private classes for individuals looking to: Improve their playing technique Find their feel with the instrument Learn how to write songs Learn how to improvise Work on stage presence Work on the interpretation of songs In my classes we can focus on: both left and right-hand technique Songwriting Improvisation Performance Psychology of playing Body & Breathing Awareness Through Meditation My sessions are open to singers of all levels and backgrounds and with all genre preferences (I *am* specialize in classical, pop, bossa nova, and jazz). I offer sessions to all interested individuals, where we will together assess where you are at, and what you want to work towards. I will adapt my teaching to what can benefit you better: my job is to walk beside you and guide you through your own process of self-discovery and exploration, not only working on the guitar itself but also on the emotional implications of playing, often a very vulnerable act of giving and opening up. If this sounds appealing to you, feel free to slide into my DMs for further info 🙂 I studied classical guitar at the Conservatorio di Musica Italy, and have a Bachelor's in International Relations. I have a certificate in Public Speaking Technique and attended various guitar masterclasses. I have been working as a professional guitarist, singer, and event organizer in Berlin. I also work as a professional podcaster and podcast editor.

Trusted teacher: Drum teacher with over 20 years of experience, 2 degrees in conservatories including the prestigious Codarts in Rotterdam. It offers personalized lessons through its "Lock The Time" method. In my career I have moved in different musical styles and I have played with different artists of international level such as : Junior F. Dixie, Sri Hanuraga (Ingenious jazz pianist-composer from Indonesia Grammy Award winner), Alessandro Mannarino (The most important songwriter of the modern Italian music scene), Nathaniel Peterson (The American Blues Man candidate to the Grammy Awards “Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Iggy Pop, Keith Richards” and many other), Dani Robinson (Experience Hendrix Tour Billy Cox), GrooveX original Indietronic project with a strong musical identity and many others, and the last Teapø project. I have developed a drum manual using progressively harder exercises in dynamics, technique, coordination, polyrhythm, and balance-control, connected to the importance of sound, rhythms of different musical genres, the groove and the jazz music. This manual arose from a need for a complete drum manual that includes the most important aspects of modern drumming, but also sticking to classic drumming rhythms and techniques. It is partly inspired by various musical authors who have helped shape me musically over the years, and partly by my various teachers and studies, but also by my own teaching experience, my concerts and my recordings. It’s therefore also modelled on my own personal drumming style. My method is aimed both at those who have just started and for those who already play in an advanced way. Exam preparation in academies and conservatories is also possible. "Focus on your Drumming"

Trusted teacher: My name is Fadi, a Palestinian raised in Dubai who has also lived in Palestine and Jordan. I specialize in teaching the Levantine Arabic variety. So, what is "Levantine"? It refers to the historic region of the Levant, which includes Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and the Hatay province of Turkey. Levantine Arabic is the spoken language of region—a "language variety" in linguistic terms. It is the language of daily life, workplaces, and professional settings across the Levant. It is only replaced by Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) in formal contexts like news broadcasts, political speeches, and religious sermons. Whether you're ordering hummus in Damascus, in a meeting in Beirut, or want to express solidarity, or seeking to connect with Arabic communities in Europe, you will use Levantine Arabic. A key advantage is its widespread understandability. Most Arabic speakers from other regions, like Yemen, Egypt, and Tunisia, understand Levantine Arabic, though the reverse is not always true. This makes it a powerful tool for communication across the entire Arab world. As the Levantine Arabic Wikipedia page states, it is "one of the two prestige varieties of spoken Arabic comprehensible all over the Arab world." In my teaching, I prioritize natural pronunciation and phonology. Arabic, including the Levantine variety, uses vowel changes to convey grammar, such as indicating gender. I find that dedicating significant time to sounds profoundly accelerates skill development. The good news is that Levantine grammar is far simpler and less demanding than MSA or Classical Arabic. You can learn to use it confidently in a short time, unlike MSA, which requires a large time investment for limited daily use. (Note: Classical Arabic remains essential for Quranic or Islamic studies). My students in Germany and Europe include binational children, adult learners, and heritage speakers seeking to connect with family and community. Many have successfully bonded with local Palestinian and Syrian communities. My method includes post-lesson voice recordings for reference and a free, custom-designed booklet covering grammar, phonology, and expressions. I adapt to visual or auditory learning preferences to craft the most efficient path to fluency. I primarily use a Latin transliteration system, but I also offer tutoring in reading and writing the Arabic script in the beautiful Naskh font, upon request.
