Piano lessons for children and adults at your location. If you want to learn to play your favorite compositions or songs, you are more than welcome to take lessons with me. During my lessons you will learn to play both classical music and your favorite pop compositions. If desired, we will delve into music theory and the basic principles of jazz. The training starts at the beginning and ends at the end result. I also give extra lessons to children and adults who are already following a music education. I also give lessons for people who want to play tenor saxophone!!!

With these lessons, you will develop a strong foundation which you can later use for your personal music preferences. The lessons will cover scales, chords, and simple songs, providing a well-rounded introduction to piano/guitar playing for beginners. As an intermediate, the student can choose which genre or style they want to delve deeper into. Additional classes about recording, arranging and performing music are also included.

The content of the lessons ----- All styles are covered at Musiclab. Think of blues, jazz, classical, pop, rock, et cetera. These diverse genres are played on classical, western (acoustic) and electric guitar. Bass guitar can also be practiced. Learning to read notes and tabs are an integral part of the lesson. However, improvisation can also be part of this. In the technical field, chord playing, scales, arpeggios and various playing techniques such as hammer-ons, pull-offs and tapping are discussed. Theory can also be taught in preparation for vocational music education. Lessons at Musiclab are intended for the serious guitarist or bassist who has time to practice at home. Musiclab is flexible and offers various options on different days and times to follow the lessons. I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.
