Florence en Toscane worden vaak geassocieerd met Dante Alighieri, de vader van het Italiaans. Net zoals Haarlem in Nederland bekend staat om zijn ABN-uitspraak, wordt het Italiaans uit Florence beschouwd als het standaardtaalgebruik. Momenteel ben ik docent Italiaans bij de Volksuniversiteit Delft. Eerder gaf ik drie jaar les bij de Volksuniversiteit Rotterdam. Naast mijn werk als docent ben ik ook professioneel zanger van traditionele Italiaanse volksliederen. Dit combineer ik graag in mijn lessen, omdat het leren van een taal makkelijker én leuker wordt met behulp van bekende teksten en melodieën. Ik begeleid mijn zang vaak met gitaarspel, waardoor de Italiaanse sfeer compleet is. Voor beginners maak ik gebruik van een toegankelijk leerboek dat stap voor stap de basis van het Italiaans uitlegt. Daarnaast besteed ik aandacht aan de Toscaanse keuken en cultuur, zodat je niet alleen de taal leert, maar ook het Italië-gevoel ervaart. Much of the communication in such a lesson is in French, but for children who are just starting I give explanations in Dutch. The main thing is that children enjoy learning the language. That is why games are also played in class. Topics can be 'greeting someone' 'telling something about yourself, naming colors, etc. France is a popular holiday destination for many Dutch people. However, it can sometimes be difficult if you want to order a baguette or croissant and in the event of a breakdown on the road you will first have to call in a 'dépanneur' who will tow the car to a nearby garage, because France does not have a roadside assistance service. I already had a few lessons with Sanghee and I can definitely recommend her! Her patient and interactive teaching style work very well together with her well planned, organized lessons and her nice personality. Her classes are completely in Korean so that in itself teaches you a lot and will improve your speaking abilities immediately, especially if speaking in Korean is still difficult for you. If you don't understand something she of course will switch to English. The homework also keeps my study drive going and I already have the feeling that I can express myself better in Korean. :)

I had my first Italian lesson with Davide on 24/9/21. My first impression was very good because he does a very good assessment before he starts of your level and of your goals and based on that he adopts his learning approach perfectly yo your needs. I give Davide a 5 rating after one lesson and would be very surprised if my view of him will change. On top of his ability as a teacher, he is a very nice and modest person. He knows how to drive a conversation and seems have a lot of patience! Looking forward to the next lesson!
