Yoga is a relaxing physical exercise that not only receives stress, but also improves flexibility. I cannot wait to see all of you in class!

This yoga class will be broken down into 10 moves that will be taught with a demonstration. I will lead the class with the help of soothing music and provide a time for questions at the end.
