I believe everyone has a unique and beautiful voice and that there should be no absolute standard of a “perfect” voice. We can all make choices about what we want to sound like, as long we keep our voice healthy and we are conscious of the options we have we it. My job as a vocal coach is to help you find your own voice and give you the tools to gain confidence and improve your technique, based on what your needs are. I have extensive experience both as a professional teacher for kids and adults in all genres (pop, jazz, classical and musical theatre), for individuals or groups. My lessons are fun and engaging and they’re tailored to the individuals’ needs. Using a wide range of exercises and techniques we work on a repertoire chosen by the student or myself, aiming to improve confidence, revealing and developing your voice, working on range, support, style and vocal colours, working towards your personal aims. Born on 11th June 1984 in Northern Iran in a city called Bandar-e-Anzali and raised in an educated family , Faraz started his musical education at the age of 18 at a local music institution as he just attended translation studies B.A course in Rasht Azad University. To achieve more comprehensive skills in violin-viola performance and teaching he later in 2007 continued his learning procedure in Capital Tehran where he first met Dr Setare Beheshti faculty member of University of Tehran, School of Fine Arts. Being under her instructions he got introduced to Suzuki School of Violin and simultaneously started to teach violin to several kids in different cities of province Guilan through Suzuki Method. Since 2007 he has been teaching 40 to 70 students each week planning their music career in orchestras and string ensembles. He has also conducted several student violin recitals and introduced more than 10 students each year through those recitals. In 2009 he enrolled BA course in Iranian music performance at The University of Guilan , school of Architecture and Art and graduated in 2014 . His final thesis was in two part; one was an article about a comparison between the styles of violin playing in Iranian classical music , and the other was performing 4 of his composition and arrangements for a mixed fusion ensemble. At the autumn of 2014 he entered MA course in Ethnomusicology at University of Arts , School of Music, and has been graduated on 2017. In 2012 he and four of his graduated colleagues have founded Guilan Chamber Orchestra mostly from the teenage students which has performed 3 independent concerts in different genres . He arranged two folk and Iranian classical song for the Orchestra performed in 2014. He composed an Album called "The Impression on the Wall" in Iranian Orchestral style published in 2011 and have won the third prize in provincial productions' festival about a year later. In 2010 he composed his first film soundtrack for a fictional documentary movie called " He owns a Factory near the Town". He had been teaching in several private music academies meeting around 60 student a week developing his teaching career every day. He is now studying Master of Music Education at Royal College of Music in London.

I am Dimitrios, I am a greek professional guitarist. I graduated with a masters degree in Jazz guitar from Conservatorium van Amsterdam and also studied in the UK conservatory of Leeds. As a musician my primary focus is jazz music but I also often play other styles like soul, Rnb and more. So far in my teaching career I have had experience with many different ages, from 7 to 40 years old and I think I have managed to pass on to them some of my passion for music. The theory of everything tends to be really scary and music theory can be too. I am very keen to make music theory easy for everyone. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages. Music theory needs to be more than a requirement, it needs to be the way to really appreciate the music you are playing. Certain aspects can also lead to additional practical skills such as improvisation which can be very useful as well as very enjoyable. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
