Drs Irene – Bellucci BBA BMA has more than 20 years of experience as a singing teacher in more than 12 countries and is now a household name among famous singers and actors all over the world – from the Netherlands to the United States. Her enormous knowledge of the voice and performing as a musician and her great didactic skills are some of her characteristic features.

Irene studied classical and modern singing at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Haarlem and in the United States with Joan Lader (Broadway musical) and in Italy at the Accademia di Belcanto with Astrea Amaduzzi. In class we will be working on vocal techniques, composition writing, chord progressions and structures and songwriting. You can bring your own songs to work on or we can work on covers. I have finished a master graduation at Berklee Conservatorium of Music in Contemporary Performance with a concentration in production so I can also help you with recording your music.

I'm offering lessons for anyone interested in learning how to improvise, regardless of the instrument you play or the style you would like to improvise in.
Even if you have no or little theory knowledge yet, I have a way of getting you started with improvisation and then teaching you everything theoretical you need to know.

- Common song forms for improvisation

The Bass guitar lessons are given at all levels from beginners to advanced / professionals. You learn how to play the instrument, with the right attitude and the right technical and theoretical underpinning of everything you want to learn. A somewhat broader music theoretical knowledge can also be taught. Customization is provided to the student's wishes.

The music theory lessons provide insight into how western music theory functions and how it is applied in practice. Exercises are also done to develop the hearing and music theoretical exercises are done on the basis of either piano, guitar or bass guitar. I graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam pop department and am also very active in bands (as a keyboardist, singer, guitarist, bassist and drummer) and as a producer/songwriter in various genres.

As a teacher, I am mainly concerned with what the student wants to achieve and what can be gotten out of the student. Do you want to learn that one new song by Billie Eilish, or an advanced piece by Stevie Wonder; I can always help you. The great thing about music is that you can learn and perform it at all kinds of levels. My job is to find the right level for the right student, so that progress can be made at the same time as there is fun during the lessons.

In addition, I find it important that my students not only play the piano, but also understand the music and build up a knowledge of the music theory behind the pieces. This has helped me a lot to quickly make big steps as a musician.

I teach violin to children and adults, beginners and advanced.

In addition to individual lessons, I support my students' playing in orchestras, ensembles, and bands.
