About Me
Born in 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine, Oleksandra already has an impressive career behind her. Winner of national and international competitions, she has appeared on stages in Switzerland, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Belgium, United States, Israel, United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan. Oleksandra has collaborated with orchestras such as Le Sinfonietta de Lausanne, Camerata de Kyiv, Accademia d'archi Arrigoni, Orchester du Sion Festival and others, led by Giancarlo Guarino, Nicolas Krauze, Gilbert Varga and Claire Gibault.
Passionate about chamber music, Oleksandra has toured as a duo with pianist Dana Baltrushaititie in Ukraine and Israel. The ensemble won first prize at the Juliusz Zarebsky competition in Warsaw.
In Lausanne, Oleksandra founded, with her colleagues from the Haute École, a string quartet, "Almashi Quartet". The group made their debut at the Saint-François Church in Lausanne. In June-July 2023, the quartet participated in a masterclass in Stanford, California, where they subsequently performed two concerts.
