I teach various styles and specialise in Classical, Operatic and Musical Theatre. I also work with singers who are in need of vocal rehabilitation after injury or other medical reasons.

Singing is an amazing skill to have, and it enriches one's life in so many ways. So if you're a beginner, you'll find how instantly rewarding it is when you see how quickly you develop and improve your ability to sing.

If you're an advanced singer or an industry professional, sometimes we can get lost with our technique and confidence. With the right guidance, it's amazing how quickly these issues can be resolved, and how a voice can be unlocked from certain constraints.

***About me***

I am a professional operatic tenor and a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, and continue to perform regularly throughout the country and internationally. I now have 20 years of performing and teaching experience, and specialise in teaching vocal technique and refining tone quality.

I encourage my students to develop healthy singing habits, while combining this with language coaching, interpretation and performance skills. I also work regularly with singers for audition preparation, industry professionals and also in vocal rehabilitation.

Learning to sing is the same as any other skill, and everyone is capable of singing well. Singing is unique to each person and I always adapt my lessons accordingly.

I teach mostly online, but if you're in the SE London/Kent areas, I could potentially travel to you. In-person lessons must be a minimum of 1 hour.

The focus of this class is to help anybody who aims for it to find his or her own vocal power to sing, in accordance with the student's skills and qualities.
My name is Auriane, I live and work between Berlin and Athens. I'am also a professional musician and sing in many languages like Spanish, French, English... My practice is the result of 10 years of musical studies in France.
I also believe that singing is connected to the body and the way we use it, and become more aware of it. I acquired many tools in order to teach you how to sing your favourite songs in your own free way.
I'm convinced that there is not one way to sing "good" : we all have a voice and I am here to help you find it with exercices according to your own needs. Hello, I’m a pro singer with over 20 years of teaching experience.
Classically trained as a child and still performing, I will teach you how to use your voice in a healthy and efficient way, whether you want to sing pop, country, soul, I will guide your practice and help you find confidence while singing in public. If you’re a more advanced singer and need guidance, I will also help you to find your style and the repertoire that is right for you, or help develop your own style in the repertoire you wish.
About music theory:

My name is May and I'm a singer/songwriter/producer.
I have 18 years of vocal technique experience working with some International vocal coaches such as Nick Cooper (Beyonce, Sam Smith, Nicki Minaj).
As a singer, I've been releasing music for the past 9 years, I started my career in musicals but soon realized that my true interest resided in a solo career as a Pop/Alternative artist.
I've been teaching family and friends since my young age so went on to teaching anyone.
I've worked with people who damaged my vocal cords as a child and so have learned the risks and am very careful and gentle in that matter especially with younger aspiring singers.

I teach the importance of breathing correctly, using your voice in a healthy way, warming up the voice to avoid any damage and techniques on singing songs in a more interesting way. We sing a specific song thing by the student at the beginning and at the end to compare the progress made during the lesson.

Two keywords form the base of the singing technique I teach: relaxation and engagement. Inspired by the Alexander technique, we need the body to be completely free from any muscle tension before and after producing a sound. Then, to create a sound of quality, the body also needs to be engaged and free. By releasing all the unnecessary tension, you will be able to sing all the arias of your dreams. I will give some weekly exercises in singing and music theory and we will correct them together during the lesson.
I was part of the choir of the French public radio broadcaster for 7 years. I have a diploma in Music theory from the CRR of Boulogne-Billancourt. I even have a degree in Pop music and I am currently finishing my Master's in musical theatre and composition.
My lessons are for all ages, all levels, and all voices. I specialised in the voice of Countertenor.
