I offer online meditation and breathing classes, to help students find more mental clarity, and feel grounded and relaxed.
While meditation develops focus and concentration, breathing practice releases tension and helps us gain a deeper understanding of our emotions. All teachings follow a very clear process, adapted to each student's needs, questions and blockages. Teachings are all based in the Da Xuan tradition, born in 510 in northern China, whose teachings have crossed the centuries thanks to a master-to-student transmission.

About Me
My approach to teaching focuses on creating a positive and interactive relationship with my students, and adapting to their needs and interests.I love making learning a moment of self-expression, creativity and enjoyment for students.
In Language lessons (French or English), we will improve grammar and vocabulary through conversation or exercises. Your spoken and written French/English will become more fluid, precise and natural ! I also like including a newspaper article, song or poem to discuss or explore together.
Violin classes are an amazing way to develop artistic potential. While improving technique, intonation, and posture, we will learn repertoire adapted to each student's level. All levels welcome ! Let me know your learning priorities and musical preferences.

I am a native English and French speaker, having lived 15 years in France, 10 years in Canada and the United States, and currently teaching in London. I studied Spanish for over 12 years and done language exchange programs in Mexico, Peru and Spain. I have also worked in Japan, and in the Middle East. I love to interact with students of all backgrounds, cultures and ages !I have tutored students of all ages in Japan, France and the UK, in 1-1 sessions and group workshops. My approach aims to empower the student in gaining self-confidence and enjoy the learning process. Students' academic results and personal satisfaction are always great.

My lessons are built on the principle that every singer has the right to their own voice. Rather than fitting you into a pre-set model, I work with you to develop the tools and understanding you need to create the sound you want, in the repertoire you choose.
Drawing on Complete Vocal Technique and my experience as both performer and educator, I help singers explore healthy, efficient ways of using their voice. Together we focus on comfort, flexibility, and choice, so that technique supports expression instead of limiting it.
Lessons are collaborative: you set the goals, and I provide the framework, feedback, and strategies to help you achieve them. This approach is inspired by coaching principles — promoting agency, resourcefulness, and change — so that you not only grow as a singer but also build lasting confidence in your own artistry.
Whether you are interested in classical singing, contemporary voice, or music theatre, lessons are always tailored to your needs. I also bring my expertise as a Voice Rehabilitation Specialist to support singers and speakers, including transgender and gender-diverse students, in finding safety and confidence in their vocal journey.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.
(TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy.
