I propose sessions of initiation, deepening or improvement in the field of martial arts (Chinese), the handling of weapons (sword, sword, stick, spear, chain, knife) including. I have extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and customs, having traveled to various cities in China on three occasions, learning firsthand from renowned masters and sharing their daily lives. I have experience leading Tai Chi and Qigong workshops for older adults with varying cognitive abilities, focusing primarily on the therapeutic benefits. I approach my classes with a methodology that adapts to the objectives and needs of the student. We always start the class with a warm-up in which global exercises (organic conditioning and joint mobility) are combined with elongation and stretching exercises. Subsequently, the work of specific techniques (individual and joint) of the discipline is integrated with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, exercises are carried out to calm down before the end of the class.

Qigong is an easy and effective practice to turn stress into vitality. The word Qi means life force energy that is circulating inside our body as well as outside. Smooth circulation of this energy in our body leads to health and vitality in our body, mind, and spirit. The practice involves some stretches followed by flow fluid movements that can be done by people with any level of fitness. My students range from teenagers to elderly, the oldest being my grandmother who is 93 years old. All you need is to bring yourself to the class just the way you are and a laptop. I regularly offer group classes and private classes are available upon request to address your specific needs.
