My lessons are opened to anyone who wants to learn violin. I will meet the student needs according to the genre wanted by the student, for example jazz, classical, rock and pop.
In this instrument lessons I can give some music theory knowledge to the student, but I also give individual music theory lessons when wants to focus on this subject.

You will start to enjoy playing the piano both during and outside of the time of the class. You will learn how to be able to perform in a way that inspires your audience. I will teach you the basic music theory without going way deep into it because this is a performance class but you will learn what you need to excel in your performance. Additionally, I will teach you the principles of aesthetics of playing the piano. The repertoire that I focus on is mostly Western modern and Classical music, but we can also work on some famous Persian and Turkish pieces if you like. Of course, you are also always welcome to bring your favorite pieces to the class. Contact me for availability.

Hello everyone!
My name is Davor, professional jazz musician and music teacher. I've been teaching for 9 years and I've met students of many different levels (from beginners to advanced), so everyone is welcome!

Besides jazz I can teach you many different styles, such as rock, blues, pop, funk, latin and brazilian music. I completed my master's degree in jazz guitar at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, so if you're interested, I can help you with composing, music theory, harmony and rhythm.

My concept gives you extensive knowledge and tools, so that you can continue to develop your guitar skills independently in a few months. Lessons take place at my home in Amsterdam Noord or online.

I'm a professional Bass player and teacher based in Amsterdam.
I have studied with some of the best teachers in Europe as well as famous bassists from the New York Jazz Scene. Besides my studies I have been actively performing, recording and teaching since age 16, which led me to play at different festivals and venues such as North Sea Jazz, JazzOpen Stuttgart, Bimhuis, DeDoelen Rotterdam.
I'm calm and easy going and I want to pass on the knowledge I got from my teachers as well as my own experience. My name is Ben (26), and I'm a certified drum teacher with about 15 years of experience behind the kit. Previously I have studied jazz drums at Kunstuniversitat of Graz. Currently I'm teaching at multiple institutions in Amsterdam such as: Lucky Beat Music Club, United Pop, British School of Amsterdam.

As a certified drum teacher (Amsterdam Conservatory), I have my own teaching practice in the Q-factory in Amsterdam East/Oostpoort: Drum Practice East. I teach violin to children and adults, beginners and advanced.

Every student is unique. Besides developing good technique, I also enjoy meeting each student's musical wishes and dreams. Learning to play the violin is a collaborative process!

From the very first lesson, I pay a lot of attention to playing together, because making music together is the most fun there is!

In addition to individual lessons, I support my students' playing in orchestras, ensembles, and bands. There are also several opportunities to perform with the accompaniment of a professional pianist. Once a year, I organize a video recording day with several students for competitions and contests. My students have won awards, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

In addition to individual lessons, I offer a "MY LITTLE VIOLIN" STROLL COURSE for children aged 3-5. This course consists of 10 lessons for young children, introducing them to music and the violin. I also offer this course to English- and German-speaking children.

I teach violin in four different languages: Dutch, German, English and Italian.

Violin lessons at home are also possible.

About Me:
I'm a violinist with the Dutch National Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam. I've worked with numerous orchestras both in the Netherlands and abroad. I also perform chamber music and Brazilian choro (Duo Chorinho, with Alvaro Rovira Ruiz on guitar). I received international training at the conservatories of Hamburg, Rome, and Amsterdam.

I have been working as a violin teacher for over 30 years, including internationally, including a masterclass for Brazilian violin students at the University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
