Currently finishing my Bachelor in Perfomance and Production at LCCM (London) I'm available to teach Guitar and theory mainly but I'm also available for debutant to intermediate for Bass, Keys, MAO.
Guitar is my main instrument, I've been playing for 12years and been teaching for 7. My teaching philosophy is to teach how to have fun with your instrument and develop communicating skills to be able to interact with others musicians you want to play with.

The course is tailored to your own pace and needs. I can help you build or strengthen your instrumental technique, enrich your repertoire, progress in music theory if necessary (rhythm, harmony, composition, analysis, musical culture), improve your posture and breathing, strengthen your concentration and memory, refine your interpretation, prepare for exams, competitions or performances (amateur and professional), unleash your performance, and develop your musicality.

There are no age restrictions.

My lessons are also aimed at those who played guitar several years ago and wish to start again.

I propose an initial lesson so we can discuss your needs. Afterwards, you can take your time and call me back if you'd like to book a second lesson.

Repertoire: from the 16th to the 21st century (so-called "classical"), Spanish, Latin-American music, opening to all styles (no rock / metal).

Bio

Dominic was born on 1.April 1988 in Wels (Austria).

Music always was a big thing in his life. At the age of 14 years he first got in touch with turntables and vinyl and started to learn all about DJíng. With 16 years he started his first own event in Wels which was a huge success for him.
Then he got in touch with a few people organizing monthly clubbings (Electronic Music) named "Club Forum" for Kulturverein Waschaecht in Wels. After a few years he played a lot at local venues in austria mostly "Drum&Bass;". He played under several aliases like (Techdrux, Elec.Drux, Dominique).

In 2008 he took a little break from music and started working in the private industry. 2012 was a big change for him because his brother died from cancer which got him finally back to focus on music. From 2014-2016 he released some unofficial bootlegs on soundcloud which immediately got 26 thousand plays, a thousand likes and over 1300 downloads (overall). He also entered some remix contests for (J.LO & Pitbull, Jamie Lidell, Chromeo).

Then in 2016 he started a podcast on iTunes which is focused on "Electronic Music" called "SENSUAL ADDICTION". Now he has reached over 6000 listeners worldwide. In June 2016 Apple Authors/Curators featured his podcast on their "New & Noteworthy" section in the category "Music".

In February he got an email from an label from chicago to remix one of their artists for their new album (Jason Maek & Zaena - Birthday), which was released for free on MAEK Music.

He founded his own record label which is called "SE7EN DAYZ", where he started releasing his own music.

Orl#ndo ́s Debut Single "Dance (With Your Love)" is out on 1. April 2018 worldwide everywhere. In January 2018 his debut remix for "Kosheen" released on Apple Music worldwide.Afterwards his second remix for "A-Trak & Jamie Lidell" has been released exclusive on Apple Music in Scandinavia. His third remix this year for "Moby" is out now only on Apple Music in Canada on Universal Music. In March 2018 his remix for Red Carpet ́s Classic "Alright" released which is out now worldwide on Apple Music. Recent remix for "Whitney Houston" is also out now worldwide on Apple Music.

Now he ́s working on his debut album.

As a former professional bass player who accompanied various groups around the world (Louisiana Red, Champion Jack Dupree, John Thomas, Francisco Zumaque, Lou Blackburn, among others), I offer private jazz bass and double bass lessons.

With nearly twenty years of experience in the music industry, I specialized in teaching music, particularly in the fields of jazz, blues and improvised music. I adopt a natural method of learning music that emphasizes listening and playing. Gradually, we introduce the reading of notes according to the rhythm of each student.

Thanks to this approach, students are able to play from the first lesson. The last part of each session is devoted to practice through group play sessions (piano, double bass, drums).

Classes take place in our private room located at Porte d'Orléans. In addition to individual lessons, we offer ensemble lessons for interested students, as well as the possibility of participating in our choir.
