In this class, you’ll learn:

I’m a Japanese Taiko drummer based in Stockholm, with a deep passion for sharing the energy and spirit of Japanese drumming and culture. I bring years of experience practicing Taiko in Japan. My lessons focus on the traditional techniques and movements of Taiko, helping students connect with this powerful art form while immersing them in Japanese cultural traditions. I look forward to guiding you on your Taiko journey!

Various education in body work including Yoga and Breathwork

RYT500 Yoga Teacher, Wim Hof Method Level 2 Instructor, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Hale Level 1 Breath guide, Black belt in Karate and Judo
