To get to whatever your goal is in either getting stronger, leaner or fitter, I offer one-on-one fitness classes. Combining pilates, strength training en dance training we work to achieving your goal. I have experience as a personal trainer in Vietnam and in The Netherlands. Classes can be done at my house where I have a small studio dedicated to fitness.

About Me

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher. Teaching (and learning) languages is my passion. I have worked as a teacher in several different countries with different age groups for the last six years.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The last two years I worked next to school as a Fitness Coach in one of the biggest Gym in German the ''Fitnessland - Health and Lifestyle club''. My point of view is that with sport you can connect everyone and it is a good balance to the daily busy life we all have today. In this 45 minutes to two hours I will find out the best training strategies for you and act like a motivational coach with the knowledge of a professional personal trainer. We will train outside and going to use normal advices as park bench or old trees to strengthen our bodies and health system.

Dancing can be one of the best ways to end a day filled with stressful work and school. Dancing can help you relax and enjoy your creativity. Having fun while becoming fit could be one of the best ways to get back in shape or improve your mental health. I offer basic hip-hop, zumba, and basic stretching to improve flexibility. You can pick the music and we can add our own mix to the steps.

Teaching yoga, regularly practicing, and sharing its principles is a big passion of mine since graduating as a yoga teacher back in 2012 in Washington DC.

My teaching style is smooth, comforting, and caring, with 1st priority on the client's goals. After the class, you feel recharged with deep dynamic flow (VINYASA) or fully relaxed long-held yin poses (YIN YOGA). You can experience the mind-calming benefits during MEDITATION, nourishment of touch from the elements of THAI YOGA MASSAGE, and hands-on assistance when the body asks for deeper sensations, simple modifications, or help.

If your focus is on strengthening, weight loss, and conditioning of the body, and especially IF you are fond of electronic dance music and open to shaking your hips and spinning wildly your chakras, we are definitely a great match! In this class (called BUTI YOGA) you will be guided in energetic POWER YOGA fused with cardio and HIIT (bonus: a bit of sweat guaranteed ;-).

All class types are balanced and harmonious for ANY LEVEL of yoga experience. Classes are accessible to beginners, and can also be quite challenging for regular practitioners.

I offer mini-group classes, individual and virtually online. When the weather is warm and dry, we can bring yoga outdoors in the park.

Combination of Dance fitness & yoga
During the class we first warm up with simple dance movements that are easy to follow. Then we raise the heart rate a little more with more active dance moves. There is no need to follow everything seamlessly; it's about moving and loosening the body. As long as the blood can flow freely: it's all about the fun!

After the dance part of the class, we grab the yoga mat to start the yoga stretches and flow movements. Here too, it is not about what the postures look like, but rather about what you feel in your body! Every person is wired differently. In addition, one day we can easily get into a stretch and another day it feels less flexible. Breathing is central during this lesson, both in the dance moves and in the yoga part.

Ballet is a great form of dance that improves posture,flexibility, coordination and overall body strength. Throughout the class, dancers are introduced to fundamental ballet steps and movements performed to classical music, in order to understand ballet technique and vocabulary. During the class, we learn exercises both at the barre and in the center, designed to develop balance, alignment, and control. Through training, participants learn to connect with their bodies, express theimselves and discover the elegance of ballet.
Contemporary (modern) dance is based on the principles of fluidity, gravity, and the natural use of breath . The participants have freedom to find their own movement identity, connect with their emotion while doing combinations travelling through the floor that develop their technique, strength and flexibility
