Flamenco dance is a powerful dance that brings together percussion, ballet, modern dancing, body drum. It's one of the most interesting dance styles. The dancer is also part of the connection between the singer and guitarist. Other musicians can take part, like the palmero ( handclapping) and the cajonist ( kind of percussion instrument. In class we will work on every part. How to react to the music but also technique, footwork combinations and arm and hand coordination.

I am Lukas, a trained jazz drummer with a broad musical background. During my studies, I delved into various styles, including jazz, pop/rock, funk, Latin, and hard rock. I bring this versatility to my lessons. In my teaching practice, the focus is on relaxed playing technique, timing (microtiming), sound, groove, coordination, musicality, and improvisation. I start as much as possible from the student's interests, supplemented by an extensive range of methods, books, and self-developed practice material.
