I highly recommend my yoga teacher, Yogesh. He is patient, attentive, and extremely kind. His seriousness and professionalism create an atmosphere of trust and well-being, making each session a true moment of balance and peace. Since I began practicing yoga with him, I have experienced profound changes in myself. Physically, my body has become more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. My tensions have eased, and I feel a new flow of energy in my daily life. On a deeper level, I have learned to breathe better, calm my mind, and discover a serenity I never knew before. His classes have helped me release stress, improve focus, and feel more in harmony with myself. Cheslava did not waste a moment of time and found her rhythm with my son very quickly. There was an amazing sense of grace and patience in her tone, yet there was a firm bit of direction that moved the lesson in a clear direction. As a particular detail, I very much appreciated the moments that she asked my son about his experience throughout, and encouraged him to describe every degree of his challenges which I believe teaches him to go beyond the impact of his feelings but to technically observe weaknesses to improve them. It was a sincere honor and privilege to receive her lesson and we will certainly be looking forward to being taught by her again. 👑

I have taken my first lesson with Lynette and it was a great experience. I have been singing for some time at a choir, but have no formal training and want to learn the fundamental technique, and also work on some of the pieces we sing at the choir. The lesson was very practical, dynamic and she pays great attention to detail. After the class I could feel the improvement on the areas we have covered and felt much more confident on my skills. Highly recommended!
