Hi, I'm Axel, I have been working as a private French tutor for five years. As a native speaker of French with a first-class degree in French Literature from Le Mirail University of Toulouse. I moved to Glasgow 7 years ago to work as a visual artist. I have a wealth of experience tutoring a wide range of people of all levels, from beginners to university students. I therefore possess a thorough understanding of the learning process and the specific difficulties students can face. Consequently, I have developed efficient methods of overcoming these on an individual basis. In my tutorials, I believe learning is most effective when it happens in a relaxed and comfortable environment. It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)
