Private Muay Thai classes are the perfect solution to learn the proper techniques taught in the group classes, with beginners learning the basics, and amateurs picking up specialized techniques. I personally offer private training sessions to continue to develop your skills while maintaining and improving your fitness and overall health.

Trusted teacher: My courses are for anyone wishing to learn or improve the practice of Kickboxing, K-1 and Muay Thai, while improving their physical capacities in a global way. I will indeed adapt to your physical condition, your age, ... to build a tailor-made program. A typical session generally begins with a generalized then specific warm-up of 10 to 15 minutes (joints, muscle preparation, cardio ...), then we move on to the body of the session for 35 to 40 minutes where we work together the techniques boxing with "paos or bear paws" (to learn or improve the various basic movements and movements). It is also possible to do a "circuit training" during the body session, ie a set of exercises making the whole body work (burpees, squat, rhythm scale for footwork, ... and boxing exercises). We end with ten minutes of muscle building (abdominals, sheathing, ...) and a return to calm. Good humor, surpassing oneself, personal development, determination, results and satisfaction will be the key words of our sessions. I am also a coach available for his students outside of our training sessions, by messaging or phone if necessary, for follow-up of additional exercises or nutrition advice for example. My goal is for you to reach your goal! Classes can be done indoors at home or outdoors depending on the weather. In case of rain, I have a place outside where you can still train for free. I’ll have equipment with me and you’re welcome to use my spare gloves etc until you know you’re in love, and then I can help you get your own if you want. I have sanitiser and wipes etc - I’m very fussy about making sure everything is clean! We do lots of cardio to build endurance, to help you learn how to use your feet and condition your legs for all the movement they will be doing. If you’ve never boxed before it’s no problem. We have fun, you learn something new, and by the time the hour is over - you’ve have had a big workout as well!
