We can work on your technique and musicality or just learn how to play your favorite songs so you can show off to your friends ;) I think I am a really patient person and I believe that with hard work, anyone can achieve anything! The lessons are optimized for everyone: from beginners to experienced piano players.

Hello, I'm Damjan and I've been playing the piano since I was 9 years old. I earned my bachelor's degree in Skopje, Macedonia and decided to start further studies in Graz. In my previous work as a piano teacher, I have worked with students of all ages, from 3- to 5-year-old kindergarten children to students in a private school in Skopje. I prefer to teach in English because I can express myself more fluently in this language than in German - I hope that will change soon! Face-to-face teaching is particularly important to me because it allows me to interact directly with my students.

Hallo, ich bin Damjan und spiele Klavier, seit ich 9 Jahre alt bin. Ich habe meinen Bachelor-Abschluss in Skopje, Mazedonien, erworben und mich entschieden, in Graz ein weiteres Studium zu beginnen. In meiner bisherigen Tätigkeit als Klavierlehrer habe ich mit Schülern aller Altersgruppen gearbeitet, von 3- bis 5-jährigen Kindergartenkindern bis hin zu Schülern in einer Privatschule in Skopje. Ich unterrichte am liebsten auf Englisch, da ich mich in dieser Sprache flüssiger ausdrücken kann als auf Deutsch – ich hoffe, das wird sich bald ändern! Präsenzunterricht ist für mich besonders wichtig, da ich so direkt mit meinen Schülern interagieren kann.

In these lessons you will learn how to study and play the piano. You can ask for specific pieces that you really want to play, or we can start togheter a training with exercises and pieces. I also teach sightreading (how to read a score!), how to play with singers or other musicians and solfeggio. Regarding composition, I can give you the first base and teach how to approach, how to analyse a piece, and how to train the ear, and a bit of harmony and contrapoint.

I recently completed my studies in transverse flute at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music in Venice. I will move to Graz for a further master's degree and am available for lessons in music theory and practice. Being very sociable and positive, it comes naturally to me to convey the passion that music can express. I am available for lessons for children and young people of all ages.

I specialise in classical music, but I’m very open to other genres that can be played from score.

Professor with a Higher Diploma in Piano from the Liceu Conservatory of Music in Barcelona and specializing in Spanish music from the Frank Marshall Academy (founded by Enrique Granados).

My curriculum is comprehensive and progressive. My teaching method focuses primarily on good sight-reading, combined with refined piano technique.

I also address learning difficulties such as postural problems, tension, and faulty touch.

My piano technique is based on the Enrique Granados school and his specific touch-based method, emphasizing sound and proper pedal use.

We will work on three basic sections: technique exercises, studies, and works from all styles (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, etc.).

We will also cover music theory (theory + daily exercises from the ABSRM method), solfège, choral singing, written ear training, score analysis, and concert listening exercises.

In addition to my in-person lessons, my online classes feature high-quality audio and video specifically designed for musicians: via the Zoom video call app (with settings that typically offer better sound for piano), and using OBS production software so you can clearly see the keyboard and hands from different angles.
Sound is captured with Behringer stereo microphones (piano) and a separate microphone for vocals, and multiple screens are used to combine sheet music, explanation, and real-time demonstration.

The goal is to make the online lesson as close as possible to an in-person class.

I have 30 years of experience as a teacher. Lessons are personalized to each student's needs, for all levels and ages (children and adults).

I am a professional opera pianist and experienced Maestro Collaboratore at the Opera of Maribor, specialized in coaching singers in Opera, Lied and vocal repertoire. With many years of international experience in opera houses, conservatories and masterclasses, I help singers prepare their roles, arias and programs with confidence, musical precision and stylistic understanding.

My coaching focuses on:

Text, diction and dramatic intention

Role and aria preparation

Audition repertoire & stage readiness

Technical clarity and artistic expression

I play Panflute, Zampoña, Sikus since I was 8 years old. Later I learned to play Quena, Guitar and Charango. I attended to private Harmony and Music Theory Lessons in Spain with a Jazz Guitarrist and later studied acoustic and Music Production. I have a Music Band Project named Amaru Sunqu.

With all this experience I can teach you whatyou need to play this beautiful andean instrument!
