Cello Lessons For Every age and Level! Lets Explore the music world together!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello everyone. My name is Maria and I love playing and teaching cello. The nice, emotional, and depth sound of the cello attracted my interest from the age of four and I decided from this young age to start learning how to play this beautiful instrument. As the years were passing by I was getting more and more impressed from the glory of music and of the cello. So my love and my passion became a profession. I am from Greece and I lived in the Netherlands for the last five years. I finished my Bachelor studies in cello performance at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague and I obtained a certificate in Music Education. Now I am continuing my master studies at Conservatorium Maastricht and I work in parallel as a freelance cellist and cello teacher. Teaching is my passion. In the last 5 years, I teach regularly. Beginners, elder amateur cellist, advanced teenagers, and kids of all ages are some of my students. I have plenty of patience, and I am able to adapt my system to the needs and capacities of each student. As a teacher, I focuse on developing the cello technique and the musicality of my students. Basic music theory, rhythm, and ear training are part of her lessons too. The focus of my teaching is to make my student love the process of learning music and cello. Playing music is fun, is unique is joyful. Don’t hesitate to contact me. Lets demystify together the incredible music world!!!

Hello ! Passionate and highly motivated, I offer tailor-made cello or baroque cello lessons, adapted to your organization, your personality and your desires. If you are looking for varied, supportive learning at your own pace, you are in the right place. For me, it is essential to give you the technical tools to approach the music you love with complete peace of mind. This learning process involves an analytical approach to body control and a refined awareness of movement. Drawing inspiration from the Alexander Technique and breath work, I help you find deep relaxation with the instrument. To achieve this, I create personalized exercises based on my own technical research. In addition, I utilize recognized progressive methods to solidify your foundation (Feuillard's Young Cellist Method, Valérie Aimard's CelloKids, Yampolsky, etc.). Then... it's time for the music of your dreams and sharing! Technique is simply a tool at the service of music. Alongside the fundamental work, we'll emphasize the joy of playing the repertoire of your choice: we'll work on the music you truly love. If a score doesn't exist or proves too complex, I'll create custom arrangements especially for you! But of course, music is first and foremost about sharing. I'll regularly accompany you in duets during our lessons to develop your listening skills and musicality. Indeed, playing together is very stimulating. Furthermore, I can occasionally organize meetings between students who wish to participate, giving you the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and play together in a friendly atmosphere. If you are passionate about early music, please note that I also offer lessons in Baroque cello. Whether you wish to begin or improve your skills on a historical instrument (gut strings, Baroque bow), or explore this specific repertoire with the aesthetics and phrasing of the period on your modern cello, I would be delighted to guide you in your learning. Feel free to contact me to discuss your musical preferences. I look forward to meeting you and starting this adventure together!

Cello lesson- Come and learn to play Jazz, folkmusic and classical music on the most beuteful instrumentTranslate this text using Google Translate.

"Come as you are and become what you want" The cello is a wonderful instrument( the best) with a sound much like the human voice. You can play any genre and alone or in huge groups, only your imagination can set the limits. As a cello teacher, my mission with my cello school is to create an interest in my students and give the knowledge of learning how to learn. I want every student that has a lesson with me get the value of learning and create lifelong interest for the cello. The cellist life is filled with community, friendship, history Not only the skill to play but the interest to do so through the whole life. The skills you learn with your instrument is also transparent to other parts of your life. Nobody ever said I regret that I learned to play the cello. In the cello lessons we learn: Study techniques: How to learn and practice Goals: How to set goals and reach them Memorizing: how to train the ability to memorise Expression: How to express our feelings and tell stories Stage performance: How to meet an audience (without stage anxiety ) how to perform our best at any given moment Self-esteem and self-confidence: How to build up and discover who we are and what we can do As a cellist, we need abilities as craftsmen, human and an artist. A cello player needs all three ingredients, that is why learning an instrument is a gift not only in music but for life.

Cellist of the world-renowned Rastrelli Cello Quartett offers professional online cello lessons for all levels – worldwide.Translate this text using Google Translate.

I am a cellist, composer, and member of the world-renowned Rastrelli Cello Quartett. With over 25 years of international stage experience – performing at venues such as the Berliner Philharmonie, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and the Suntory Hall Tokyo – I now share my knowledge with students worldwide through online lessons. My teaching is tailored to all levels, from beginners to advanced students preparing for professional auditions.* My approach combines decades of practical stage experience with a personalized, student-centered methodology. I place special emphasis on sound culture, bow technique, intonation, interpretation, and musical expression – elements that are often neglected in purely theoretical teaching. A typical lesson begins with focused technical exercises (scales, etudes, bowing patterns), followed by in-depth work on a piece chosen by the student. I adapt to each student's individual goals – whether you are a beginner discovering the cello, a returning player after a long break, or an advanced student preparing for an orchestral audition or conservatory entrance exam. As an active orchestral musician, I know the demands and procedures of auditions firsthand and can offer you invaluable practical insights. I also help students overcome stage fright and performance anxiety through breath control, mental practice, and visualization strategies – skills I rely on daily as a performer. My lessons take place exclusively live online via Zoom or any platform of your choice – flexible, location-independent, and with excellent audio quality. This way, you can benefit from my experience no matter where you are in the world.

Classical and modern cello classes in BarcelonaTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Classical and modern cello classes in BarcelonaTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I've been teaching continuously for over 10 years, and I'd like to explain what you can expect from a class with me. Personalized approach: The most important thing is to know what you want to achieve. I will tailor the lessons to your needs: playing for pleasure at home is not the same as preparing for entrance exams (although always with the same rigor). Your goals will influence the methodology, the organization of your studies, the repertoire, and so on. Relaxed (but rigorous) environment: Once you've defined your goals, classes will be dynamic and pressure-free. Note! "Relaxed" doesn't mean undemanding; we'll just avoid military methods—especially given my personality and sense of humor. Music, not just notes: My methods are very dynamic, with a special emphasis on hearing and musicality. No "read, play, and turn the page." I avoid approaches obsessed with reading sheet music without memorizing, listening, or understanding what is being played. I want you to own your performance and make artistic decisions. Warning! I might even make you sing. No stylistic barriers: Thanks to my training in Jazz and Modern Music, I give equal importance to all genres. Adapting to your tastes, we'll go from baroque to blues, from Haydn to bebop... or even Michael Jackson. Why not? If you identify with this approach, contact me! Learning the cello is a pleasure, and I'd love to share it with you!

CELLO & MUSIC LESSONS FOR ALL AGES AND LEVELS WITH A PROFESSIONAL CELLIST WITH 10 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE (IN PERSON AND ONLINE)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Are you in love with the sound of the cello but have never dared to start playing it? Have you been playing the cello as an amateur and now need an expert to guide you? Do you want to develop and improve your cello and musical skills? Do you need reinforcement lessons? Would you like to prepare for entrance exams to the conservatory? Would you love to join a youth orchestra and need help preparing for the auditions? ... These are the private cello lessons you were looking for! My name is Miriam, I am a graduate in Master of Classical Music at KASK & Conservatorium in Ghent. I've been teaching cello to children, teenagers and adults for 10 years, so I've acquired the necessary experience to be able to adapt to the different and personal needs and objectives of each student. My teaching methodology focuses on creating a friendly and relaxed environment (which does not mean undemanding!) in which students feel confident to express their own ideas and worries. In my lessons I focus on technical and postural questions, but we also reflect together on the music, as I like my students to develop their own musical ideas and not just imitate the teacher. Contact me now to schedule your first lesson and take the first step toward your musical aspirations! :)

I started learning the cello with absolutely no background in music, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the very beginning, Miriam made the process feel approachable and enjoyable. What stands out the most is her ability to adapt her teaching, she always finds a different way to explain something until it truly clicks. You can feel that her approach is shaped by years of experience and by everything she has learned from other musicians, but what makes the difference is how she passes that knowledge on. She doesn’t just teach technique, she shares her passion for music in a way that makes you want to keep going. She is patient, calm, and genuinely supportive, which makes a big difference when you’re starting from zero. I’ve really enjoyed learning the cello so far, and I’m grateful to have her guiding me through this journey.

The teacher was warm, attentive, and very clear in her explanations. She quickly identified areas I could improve and gave me practical tips to work on. Highly recommended!

Excellent teacher, motivating, empathic, very skilled,
