Violin and Viola lessons for children and adults in Amsterdam (Amsterdam)

Our first lesson was an exploration of the feeling of holding the viola and the bow and of playing some notes pizzicato and with the bow. Maya was enthusiastic, patient and flexible in adapting to what I could and wanted to try. Her calm approach (letting learning sink in, allowing a process of getting used to the playing and learning) made me feel very comfortable and inspired!

Maria was very energetic, kind and knowledgeable! Her ability to quickly identify my bow holding , strumming and stance imposition and correct them is fascinating. Within the first class I have already learned valuable fundamentals. I would suggest her to everyone who wants to play violin at any level. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option.

Viola/Violin lessons with Connie, tailored, one to one private lessons (Amsterdam)

I've had two lessons with Connie so far and find her very pleasant to work with. She's flexible and accommodating regarding the format and content of the lessons and consistently tries to empathize and resolve my obstacles with creative methods. I would recommend her to anyone interested in learning violin (and probably viola too)
