Trusted teacher: I am a professional freelancer violinist, based in The Netherlands, passionate in my job as a teacher and as a performer. In terms of education, I have the Degree in Classical Violin and three masters in violin playing, from Katarina Gurska (Madrid, Spain), Prince Claus Conservatory (Groningen, Netherlands) and The Hague Royal Conservatory (The Hague, Netherlands), Throughout my whole education I have always chosen teaching electives and internships. Have you always wanted to play the violin? Or maybe your child is into music and would love to learn to play an instrument? Then, this might be a great opportunity for you to fulfill that desire. If on the contrary you are an advanced student, I would love to help you build solid technique and support your own musicality. On the other hand, I do love all kinds of music. I am happy to work with you in Pop or Folk songs for example. I did play many years in Pop and Folk bands and groups when I was living in Spain and have quite some experience in teaching this music as well. If you would like to, any song can be arranged and played on the violin. I love meeting new students and helping them through their journey with the instrument. Every individual has different needs and goals and as a teacher I work together with every student, giving them the tools, knowledge and support they need to reach those goals. Making music and learning how to do it should be always a enjoyable process. Fortunately, when you like music and have a supportive and experienced teacher, helping you out and giving you the tools you need in every moment, that joy and stress-free music-making comes easily. I have 10 years of experience teaching private lessons to different ages and levels and several years of teaching internships during my studies. Please, do not hesitate to contact me for any further questions or book.

Welcome to my profile! My name is Fabiola, and I am a violin and viola teacher and conductor of youth and children's orchestras based in Maastricht. There, I guide children, teenagers, and adults in their musical development, creating a close-knit, creative, and personalized learning environment. I offer classes in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, allowing each student to progress at their own pace and enjoy the process of making music. As an active orchestral performer, music is an integral part of my daily life on stage, and I bring that artistic experience directly into my classes. I don't just teach how to play an instrument, but how to listen, express, and understand music from within. I enjoy helping my students find their own sound and play with confidence, sensitivity, and joy. My teaching combines a solid technical foundation with the natural development of musicality. I work with different pedagogical approaches that include elements of Suzuki, ABRSM, Trinity, and the Galamian tradition, always adapting them to the age, personality, and goals of each student. In my classes I also dedicate time to teaching each student how to study effectively at home, how to overcome technically demanding passages, and how to confidently prepare to present in public. My musical and pedagogical vocation began at an early age within "El Sistema de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela" (The System of Youth and Children's Orchestras of Venezuela) and developed professionally during my violin studies at the "Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid" (Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid), where I specialized in both performance and pedagogy. I completed a Master's degree in Violin Performance with a specialization in Spanish music, as well as a Master's degree in Symphonic Performance in collaboration with the "Orquesta de Radio Televisión Española" (Spanish Radio and Television Orchestra). I currently collaborate with the "Philharmonie Zuidnederland" and the Spanish Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, an activity that I combine with my work as a private violin and viola teacher. I firmly believe that discipline and enjoyment can go hand in hand. I like to guide each student in their artistic and personal growth, creating a relationship of trust and mutual learning.

Trusted teacher: Hello everyone! My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire. I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music. Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions. In every note I play and every project I undertake, my passion for music shines through. It's a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with the world. I've been teaching during the last 8 years. I am flexible with the students needs and I embrace fun and creativity in my lessons.

Dear friends who love music. Would you like to enjoy music even more with me? - Violin, Viola, Piano and music theory/solfege lessons for all ages and levels in Den Haag. In my lessons, I carefully teach you how to hold the instrument, the shape of your hands, make a good sound, and how to practice to improve, all tailored to your levels. I believe that improving your instruments requires steady practice and patience at first. Even five minutes a day is better than not touching the instruments at all. If you make it a daily habit for a week, two weeks, a month, six months, or a year, your level will definitely improve, you will be able to play the songs you want to play, and you will experience the joy of playing. Even if you cannot touch an instrument, singing loud out or in your head can still practice, and you will realize how important it is for improving your musical ability and expressing yourself. Why not try expressing the words of your heart that you normally cannot put into words through the sound of the instruments? I would be happy to help you improve your musical life. My name is Sakura. I am a baroque violinist, graduated with a master of early music department at Koninglijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. I play the modern violin, viola, medieval fiddle and keyboard instruments as well. Happy to share the music with you with all of my experiences of my music life and what I learned. Started playing the piano at 3 years old and the violin at 7 years old, then went to the music high school and Tokyo university of the Art in Japan. Also, I have learned classical ballet, traditional Japanese dance, playing the Koto, etc. All of that experience and fun are in my music. I hope to help you enjoy music even more.

My name is Ann, a Finnish violinist and dedicated teacher based in Charlois, Rotterdam. I enjoy guiding students of all ages, both beginners and advanced players, toward confident and expressive music-making. What to expect? My lessons are available in English, German, and Finnish. Additionally, I speak a little bit of Spanish, Swedish, and Dutch. Trial lesson A trial lesson is a relaxed opportunity to get to know each other, try the instrument, and talk about your ambitions, favorite music, and practical details such as scheduling and location. No violin yet? You’re welcome to borrow one of mine during the trial, and I can help you choose or rent a suitable instrument. Classical, tango and other music styles Alongside classical music, I have a specialization in Argentinian tango music. Fermin

I studied the violin for about 2 months with Fermin and I have grown much in my knowledge of not just how to play but how to think when playing. Fermin has also helped a lot with technical struggles allowing me to break through some of the challenges that were bothering me for a long time. He is a very patient teacher but he will not hesitate to stop you and correct you (as any good teacher would) if you are not playing correctly. I personally requested that he gives me honest feedback which really helped me play better tecnically and musically. I believe he will be open to adapting his strictness upon specific requests. The time difference (Fermin being in Spain and I being in the US) has not been easy but Fermin was very willing to bend his schedule and provided several time slots to accommodate my availability. To sum up, if you are looking for a teacher that is patient in character yet unrelenting toward the goal of fully tapping your potential both musically and tecnically, I would recommend you take a lesson with Fermin.

We feel so lucky to have found Laura as my daughter’s violin teacher. Not only is she a skilled musician, she’s a wonderful instructor who is able to effectively engage with young kids (my daughter was four when she started lessons). I’ve observed Laura as both structured and flexible — her lessons are planned with purpose, but she also has back-up ideas if a kid’s energy isn’t a good match for the day’s agenda. I love seeing my daughter’s skill and confidence grow in such a warm, supportive learning environment. I wholeheartedly recommend lessons with Laura for any child interested in exploring the violin!

I really recommend katja for your violin classes!!! She's a very good teacher. Katja has a rich background in music and is able to adapt the class according to the level of the student. Her explanations and corrections to evolve are concreet and very well done, which makes things easier to understand. She makes you love music and violin. She has a good time notion and makes the hour of the class efficient as she makes you work on different things. She's also a very nice person! Enjoy your class with katja :)
