As a Flutist I can teach you technique (sound and phrasing) and musicality, both in a classical and jazz environment.
We can also dive in to more theoretical subject like chord progressions, rhythm subdivision and groove, ear training, analysis, and jazz vocabulary.

Über mich

I'm a very open minded kind of teacher, what actually is interesting to you it's really important for me. Some of the best lessons I had were just about listening to music and talking about it.
I like transmitting my big passion for music to other people and I love seeing them enthusiastic as I am about it.
I'm a patient and calm person, and I try to be as precise and clear as possible when giving information. I try also to pay as attention and be as focused as I can be to help you avoid mistakes that are more hidden and not superficial.

1st price winners "Flute ensembles" at the "Verdi" international competition.
Many many experiences in actual gigs, jams sessions, played concerts in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Holland, Germany.

If you are interested in improving your reeds, welcome to my lesson, where you can know more about the reeds and learn how to adjust and maintain them with some simple steps!
I also offer clarinet private lessons, I could help you not only improve the skills but also solve the problems of the instrument itself.

I am a 25 year Master Student from Düsseldorf. I am very flexible timewise as I most of my uni content is online and recorded. Now some information about my guitar experience:

I've been playing acoustic and electric guitar for over twelve years. I played in two bands and was a prize winner atat German music contest on state level. I have already given lessons for 3 children and 5 adults and can teach beginner to advanced level. "Offline and "Online".

In my lessons, I make sure that fun and motivation is quickly generated. I explain music theory only to the extent that it always contributes to direct progress on the instrument. I am always patient and friendly, and as soon as you have some basic knowledge, I am happy to respond to individual wishes.
Of course I also give lessons via Skype and Zoom and send practice material as a Word file afterwards.

Classes can be held at my place in Utrecht Overvecht or as I can also come to your place. Whatever you prefer.

Who I am?
Hi! My name is Jobbe. Once upon a time, I was an aspiring academic, but longing for a more creative way to share my voice I started singing and quite I recently graduated form the Master of Music program direction Music Theatre. I know how arduous the artistic journey can be yet, we take it none the less, because we are all striving for this little moment of magic that arises when everything falls into place. For me, I saw this happening many times during a performance but also in coaching others and it gives me chills every time. And I would be honoured to help you pass on this little spark of magic to others!

As I am only just starting with these individual lessons for a limited time they are available.

From the technique and theory of singing to performative qualities and coaching, I can help! Together we can work to get your singing to the next level!

The lessons are professional and inspiring.

My flute lessons are available in a flexible time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a frequency of weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference. As a graduated flutist with a bachelor and master degree from the conservatory, where teaching was an important part of my education, I have experience with both group lessons and individual lessons. My method is focused on enthusiasm for music and flute playing, where I welcome every student, regardless of background, language or level. Everyone is welcome to start their musical journey with me!
