PIANO Foundation First we start with the music theory, melody and chords. These are the essential building blocks for making music. Style Next we apply stylistic tools to bring the music to life. This could include jazz chords, blues riffs, walking bass lines, and more. Skills We learn the skills (soloing, ear training, accompaniment, improvisation, lead sheets, analysis...) Following this approach, you will finally understand the music that you are playing, and you will be able to apply the techniques to hundreds of other songs. CVT COACHING Hi! I am Tine, a singer, voice teacher and vocal coach. I am passionate about helping singers to make the most of their singing practice so they can thrive, grow, and become the powerful performers and communicators the world needs today. I can help you train your voice and keep it healthy, develop your own unique sound, sing across different styles, manage performance anxiety, be authentic on stage, deliver powerful presentations, make more efficient goals and help you reach them. It is possible to create all the sounds from all the styles / genres in a healthy way! CVT METHOD? Singing is not that difficult and everybody can learn to sing. CVT divideds the singing techniques into four main subjects. By combining elements of these four subjects, you can produce precisely the sounds you want. You will also be able to pinpoint your specific problems and mistakes, and you can focus on which techniques you wish to work on. The four main subjects are: The three overall principles – to ensure healthy sound production The four vocal modes – to choose the ‘gear’ you want to sing in. Sound colours – to make the sound lighter or darker. Effects – to achieve specific sound effects.

Learning how to play the piano is a goal you can reach only by frequent exercising. Considering the fact that many pupils and grownups don't have much time to practise, my piano lessons are split in learning new information and also practising together.

We give guitar lessons to people of all ages and levels. Beginning guitarists learn to develop their musical talents step by step, advanced guitarists sharpen their skills by taking on new challenges. With us you will receive pleasant and varied guitar lessons, always adapted to your personal wishes and possibilities. Children from the age of 5 are introduced to the instrument in a playful way and learn to play their first pieces using simple songs and clapping games. Students who are a little older are introduced to the secret language of music and learn the solfeggio they need for the pieces while doing so. Adults are of course also welcome, with or without prior knowledge of solfège. Every musician has his own learning path and can benefit from ensemble playing, perhaps as part of a duo, quartet or large orchestral group if the student wants it. At Mezzo we also know that each of our students has a strong individualistic learning style, that they respond to different instruction styles and study rates. That is why each of our students has direct access to their own time with their core instructor, so that no one is left behind or does not reach the full potential. Mezzo has a wide selection of programs to choose from. Mezzo wants to offer a customized program to each student. Take customized lessons and teachers with a passion for music, and you have a first-class facility that not only offers an ideal learning environment, but also an excellent opportunity to learn how to play an instrument with them. Mezzo is determined to help every student. We use a flexible approach to education. Although we understand that some students grow under a more structured arrangement, we also recognize that others do better when they are allowed to create their own routine. You only need to be physically present for rehearsals and lessons. Mezzo is a people-oriented institute with a focus on first class education and knowledge needed for exceptional performance. By stimulating the students to use the resources provided, we also stimulate a network that extends far beyond graduation. From helping with the recruitment process to working out a career path.

Would you like to learn piano at your own pace and in a relaxed way? Would you like to learn to play classical music or rather pop songs such as on YouTube? Or do you want to learn to accompany yourself on the piano? Don't feel like taking notes or AMC several times a week? Beginners, advanced, everyone from 6 to... years is welcome! If you are a beginner then a good dose of motivation and the will to learn to play this instrument is all you need to get started. No prior knowledge of musical notes is required. Gradually you will learn the theory from practice through the lessons. Pupils who already have more experience are further introduced to the secrets of music. You can choose how much you want to follow. The piano lessons can take place at a fixed time (weekly or 2 weekly). If an agreed lesson cannot take place, it is sufficient to cancel it free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule if necessary. Are you unable to meet regularly or do you just want to take some lessons? No problem! Lessons during the day are also possible.

The rule is simple: don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself! Students are encouraged to try, fail, and overall be proactive in learning new information in bite-sized chunks: all of that in a warm and comforting environment. Depending on the personal goal of the student, we will learn/refine/explore the following topics: - Fundamental techniques of playing piano - How to read and play chords - How to play an improvised solo - How to change the underlying harmonies of a song to make it sound cooler (or weirder!) - Understanding how the musical elements are glued in a song, and if you dare, how to write one yourself - How to learn music or play music by ear - Exploring piano-looking-like instruments such as electric keyboards and subtractive synthesizers Languages: English (fluent), German (B1 and improving), Korean (native)
