Back in the days, I was finishing my Master Degree in Business and had to cope with a lot of stress. Yoga helped me to remain focused and grounded towards the new challenges I was facing. It truly brought balance into my life and helped me to smoothly adjust to these changes. Not only does yoga keep you fit. It goes way beyond the physical practice and impacts all aspects of our daily life. Yoga reminds us how to breathe and how significant self-love and acceptance are. Yoga teaches us how to find peace and comfort in the uncomfortable. Yoga soothes the mind and creates space for continuous growth and expansion. Yoga is a gift, 'the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.'
