Having the longest documented history of any Indo-European language, the Greek language holds a very important place in the history of the Western World.
As a native speaker of Greek and holding a BA in History and Archaeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as an MA and a PhD in Classical Archaeology from the same University, I am ready to help you learn Greek effectively and pleasantly.
Either being a beginner or an advanced student, you can get acquainted with the Greek Language and Culture or penetrate its mysteries through intensive or specialized courses.
Having a ---more than 20 years--- experience in Teaching Greek for children and adults, I would be glad to share my passion for the Greek language, Ancient and Modern alike, through courses built upon each student's level, motivation and learning needs.
This course is addressed to those who:
---Wish to gain a basic knowledge in Ancient Greek.
---Wish to prepare especially for their exams in Ancient Greek (university entrance exams for senior high school students or university students of all levels).
---Wish to learn Ancient Greek in depth and gradually gain access to literature, culture, and ancient history.
