I am a pianist and piano teacher, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, with additional training in Italy and Chile. I have been teaching piano for several years to students of all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced), children and adults alike. My approach is both structured and creative: I adapt to each student to develop technique, sight-reading, but also the joy of playing and musical expression. Currently, I teach at the Tournai Conservatory (substitute position). This experience allows me to work with diverse profiles and maintain high pedagogical standards. I speak French, English, Spanish and Italian, which allows me to easily adapt to different students. My goal is simple: to help each student progress effectively while maintaining motivation and the pleasure of playing the piano.

I give piano lessons to beginner students. In lessons, students will play pieces they enjoy, adapted to their level, in their preferred musical style (classical, pop, jazz), allowing them to progress while having fun. I studied piano in France at several schools, as well as taking elective courses at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

Today, a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for teaching, I entered the Conservatory of Music very early on to learn piano and music theory: at the age of 6. For a little over a year, I have been teaching children between the ages of 4 and 6. My lessons are presented as a fun musical awakening: - know how to stand in front of a piano, - hand positioning, fingering, - learning rhythm and scales, - note recognition, - musical discovery and listening. However, I propose to accompany any beginner, whatever their age (child, teenager, adult). I mainly travel to homes, my Casio piano keyboard on my back, to offer those who do not yet have one the opportunity to try and tame the instrument.

In French : For almost ten years, my method has strived to move away from those found at the Academy, sometimes considered austere and outdated. In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs. The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing. The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me. After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds? In English: Over a decade of teaching, I have developed a method of teaching piano that differs from the ones found in the academic environment. For me, the student should be at the center of his learning journey. The teacher should be a guide who provides the student with tailor-made help and support, without forcing preexisting rules that don't reflect the unique needs of each student. No cold, strict or ill-tempered teaching on my watch! My philosophy goes by the following: always encourage, never impose. The student also has the opportunity to explore a much larger repertoire than the one imposed in classical education. He/She has the freedom to play any music from all backgrounds, including songs, shows, movies, series or even video games. Of course I also encourage classical music, as long as the student enjoys it, which will always be the most important part for me. After all, what is music, if not the purest and most universal essence of our humanity, the one that connects our hearts and souls?

During individual sessions, we will learn to understand musical notation, develop our hearing, understand our temperament, and, most importantly, learn to play pieces you've always wanted to learn! Plus, with my help, we'll discover new ones. Each of my students receives an individual program to unlock their musical abilities. During piano lessons, we will make music, improve our technical skills, develop our hearing, memory, and artistry, and, most importantly, make music! They say we can learn quickly if we truly enjoy the process!

The piano is an instrument of infinite richness—capable of expressing both the intimacy of a delicate melody and the power of an entire orchestra. In this course, you will learn to master the piano as a true means of personal expression, developing your technique, your ear, and your musicality. Whether you are a beginner or already experienced, I will guide you step by step, from the essential basics (posture, touch, rhythm, reading and harmony) to more advanced techniques (hand independence, arpeggios, improvisation, interpretation and arrangements). My approach connects instrumental practice with musical understanding, so you can not only play, but also understand and feel the music you create. Each lesson is tailored to your level and your musical style—classical, modern, or creative.
