After 10 years of performance and artistic gymnastics experience as well as many years of yoga experience, I have been able to perceive the stress-relieving and relaxing benefits of yoga, stretching and flexibility. I would like to pass these advantages on to people and also respond to special requests, such as learning to do the splits, and help to achieve this flexibility. Since, for example, learning a split requires a longer period of time and consistency, I recommend repeating what you have learned in each unit with myself or alone for several hours a week. I offer 30-minute units. In the first unit, I want to find out what goals you have with yoga [relaxation, stretching, flexibility, digestive optimization, etc.]. I am not a trained yoga teacher, but I have gained a lot of experience over the years and know what to look out for with "students" so that the poses are performed correctly.
