Viola classes for all levels! My name is Raquel, and I am a graduate of the Viola Master at the Antwerp Conservatory. If you want to learn viola, this is your chance! We will start by knowing your level and what you would like to learn. From there we will work together as necessary. The most important thing is that you enjoy learning and playing music. I can also give musical language classes, or reinforcement of other subjects that you need. I also have experience as a violin teacher with beginner students. Classes can be in both Spanish and English.

The violin is a beautiful and versatile instrument, a tool of expression with a vast range of nuances, registers, and colors—practically unlimited. I want to show you how to explore your instrument's potential and cultivate a strong connection between you (person and instrument) so that you can reach your full potential and express what you want to say through it, always enjoying and maintaining a healthy relationship with your instrument and with yourself. I have extensive teaching experience, through which I've helped hundreds of musicians see music and their instruments differently. This allows them to continue growing and organically improve their musical performance in every aspect.

My name is Daniela, and I am a cross-over violist from Costa Rica. I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 to pursue my studies at Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Classical Music (Viola). I am currently continuing my journey at Codarts with a Master's degree in Latin Music. During my time in the Netherlands, I have been part of a wide range of musical projects across different genres — from classical orchestras and chamber music to pop, jazz, and world music collaborations. I've performed with ensembles such as the Jong Metropole and recorded with various pop, jazz, and fusion bands. I am also the bandleader of my own Latin project, La Reunión, and work as a freelance musician with diverse musical groups. Before moving to the Netherlands, I studied Music Education at the University of Costa Rica and worked for several years as a private teacher. I have experience teaching violin and viola to both children and adults. As a teacher, I am kind and patient. I believe in the value of consistent, focused work and in helping students grow step by step. I aim to make the learning process feel easy and fun!
