8-Week Mindfulness Based Living Course/ Hourly guided Mindfulness Meditation

I teach the 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) as well as lead hourly guided meditation sessions privately 1-2-1 and in groups/teams.
The MBLC is run once a week in 2 hour sessions. There is an introductory session approx. one month before the first session and a follow up session approx. one after the eighth session.
Guided meditations can be tailored accordingly.
