I teach singing lessons to students of all levels and ages. My goal is to help every student discover their unique voice and learn to use it in a healthy way. I offer face-to-face lessons in Antwerp, as well as online lessons.

Hello I’m Christian, I’m in Bachelor 3 in the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, I’m 20 years old and I’m Mexican. I love teach, I was teaching in Mexico in some music schools, and my students from there, they are now in very nice projects and schools in all Mexico I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. My name is Ella, I’m a professional jazz singer. I have a degree in teaching, and have years of experience in teaching and coaching singers. I’m constantly looking to deepen my knowledge, and I’m currently studying new techniques focused on voice anatomy. In my coaching sessions I focus mostly on vocal techniques such as: -Full voice (chest voice) -Stiff voice (head voice) -Twang -The use of jaw and tongue -Control of the velum (soft palette) -Anchoring (support) -Larynx In my view, these techniques are like colors in your palette, when you master them, you can decide when and where you want to use them. Your sound should always be a choice, not a way to hide what you can't do (yet). This course is meant for intermediate to advanced singers. Courses take place in Anderlecht, at walking distance from Brussels South station.

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

Passionate about artistic support, I have acquired solid experience as a vocal and stage coach with professional and amateur singers, theater actors, artists specialized in dubbing as well as people with disabilities. Over the past two years, I have had the opportunity to direct and produce the French musical Notre-Dame de Paris with my students. This ambitious project allowed them to perform on stage, mixing singing and theater, and to acquire valuable artistic and stage experience.
