Myriam - Hong Kong473 CNY
Trusted teacher: Learn how to make this French dessert based on cream and cottage cheese. HUMMMM ! Customise it as you like (chestnut cream, berries, jams etc.). Take your different creations at home and enjoy ! I am Myriam and before I was 14, I did not like cheese. Coming from a family of farmers who produce goat's milk cheese from generation to generation, I stood out in the landscape but certain events changed the situation. 2004 : My father decided to take over a farm in the Limousin's region. I began to spend my free time making cheese. I appreciate the product, but it was not until I started my studies in catering that I really learned to love the material, the terroir and the taste of a good product. 2011 : I decided to train myself in cheese in a more in-depth way and started an apprenticeship with my mentor Alain Michel, cheesemaker and affineur in Annecy from generation to generation. I learnt maturing techniques, spent most of my time in the maturing cellar, visited more producers and I tasted more products. I challenged myself in competitions in the cheese's world and I won few of them. I participated in the MOF and it was a memorable experience. 2015 : I left France and deepen my knowledge of the cheeses of the world, I went to Australia and New Zealand where I took the opportunity to learn English. They have a different approach in making and consuming cheese. 2017 : I embarked on the Hong Kong adventure, and it is been over 5 years I am in love with this place.

Violin and Viola lessons 🎻 with a professional teacher for all ages and levels (Amsterdam)
Fermin

rating green star
I studied the violin for about 2 months with Fermin and I have grown much in my knowledge of not just how to play but how to think when playing. Fermin has also helped a lot with technical struggles allowing me to break through some of the challenges that were bothering me for a long time. He is a very patient teacher but he will not hesitate to stop you and correct you (as any good teacher would) if you are not playing correctly. I personally requested that he gives me honest feedback which really helped me play better tecnically and musically. I believe he will be open to adapting his strictness upon specific requests. The time difference (Fermin being in Spain and I being in the US) has not been easy but Fermin was very willing to bend his schedule and provided several time slots to accommodate my availability. To sum up, if you are looking for a teacher that is patient in character yet unrelenting toward the goal of fully tapping your potential both musically and tecnically, I would recommend you take a lesson with Fermin.

Flute ONLINE for everyone. Children to Adults. (English, Russian) (Ghent)
Anna

I might not know much about flute, but what I know is that if you want to learn it, Anna's your gal. She's fun, smart, punctual and really professional and, to top it off, a really good teacher. She is going to make you feel appraised for your smallest accomplishments (which will definitely help you evolve much faster than using any conventional book/online course etc.) and will find the sweet spot between theoretical concepts and fun, practical songs to keep you entertained. I myself had an internal kerfuffle and nearly quit after 2 weeks of trying to learn flute. But flute can be fun and entertaining, and Anna's teaching method is the proof to that lemma!

Korean Language Lessons for Beginners (alphabet/vocabulary/grammar/...) (Genk)
Severine
rating star
rating green star
In my head (only there just there) I already know a lot of Korean words. But when I try to talk I can't make 1 sentence out of it. That's why I wanted private lesson. What I really like about Severine is that she is very patient, she keeps up with my pace. Once I understand the material I'd like to move on, Palli Palli! She is a good explainer and because of that I'm feeling more and more confidence to talk (and write) in Korean. I already can Write my name in the sand, but soon I will be able to... Talk to myself for hours.. ..Say things that You WILL understand ;)
